Thomas was a superb installer. Friendly and quick to answer questions. I watched him do the install and make all the settings of the opener, and he obviously knew what he was doing. This was an outstanding experience. They also charged exactly what they estimated the cost would be.

They do a good job but be prepared to PAY. It is no cheap venture to have a garage door installed - even if you provide the equipment. Big money (to me) for the half hour time it took, it everything works great.

I feel that the service tech tried to get my wife to pay more than we agreed to for fixing the garage door. Once I was able to meet with him the extra charges were dropped. Make sure you get what you paid for.
