Of course we would like them to be cheaper but hey... The owner was really nice and honest about what to expect. He prepared me for either situations that might occur during the visit. The technician was early and super fast when he had to switch out the motherboard. Price was fair and quick. Well done.

Well Done, Damian Douglas Company! The employee was on time, listened to our concerns and discussed possible solutions to the problems he saw. At one point we suggested a fix that was more costly, but he explained that it was not currently necessary. Now our garage door works great and we stayed in budget.

They really do care about the customer. I am a senior on a tight budget and Damian was very considerate of my circumstances. Also, Ryan, the service tech, looks at first glance to be unkempt, but is in fact very efficient and knowledgeable, with a very good demeanor. I would definitely recommend this company and their service.

Our initial call between myself and Damian was very informative and I found that the more I talked to him the more comfortable I felt and he offered us a great product. When we made our decision to go with Damian, again we had a great conversation and the the service was completed the next day. It was fast and efficient. He made the the process so easy for us. The installer was on time, did a great job. Not only did he do the door in question, but also oiled and servised the other door in the garage. Got a better door opener then I was quoted by another service, and at a better price. Damian was more concerned that I understood what was being quoted and the service that followed. It was a No-brainer. I was tight for time, everyone else wanted a $150 extra charge for "same day" and Damian was more than happy to do the job the same afternoon. Money well spent, good product, good service, good follow up.

iWeb were in a terrible bind, our spring on our garage door broke and we couldn't get it open. We called the original installers who had went out of business but were replaced by another company. A company who couldn't get out until late afternoon and we had appts all morning! So we went to home advisor looking for help. I received an email and a call from Damian the morning after I made my request. Damian said he could be at my home and have the work done that day. Once he arrived my husband and I discussed with him the work to be done and the condition of the existing doors. We decided to upgrade to insulated doors. Damian was able to do the bigger job the same day. He and his assistant were very professional and did a wonderful job. We are happy with our decision. I would definitely recommend this company to someone else and use them again should the need arise.
