Our garage door tension spring broke in half on a Sunday. Within 2 minutes of submitting the request on Home Advisor I received a call from Damian Douglas LLC. I was quoted a price and was told to expect someone withing the next 1hr. Tech arrived in under and hour and had the door repaired within 30 minutes, at the quoted price. No attempt to up sell or additional charges. On a Sunday! Would recommend to anyone for their garage door repairs.

Total time from the inital call to garage door opener installation completed took less than 20 hours.

The installer, Thomas G.did a terrific job, working efficiently and had great customer service skills. Very friendly and polite.

I hired them because of the reviews and was very disappointed. Not only were they on the expensive side, they did a faulty install and the new door lasted 2 months. Even so we were still way into their 90 day warranty -- and they wanted us to pay for a new door panel , parts and install. I have 10 year old doors in my other house and never had a problem there.
