Damian came out the next day after my husband called him and fixed our garage door in about an hour and a half. He was very honest and his price was reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

He called me back 5 minutes after I placed my service request on Servie Magic.He questioned me about the repair that was needed and gave me honest options.His quote was much better than the other pro I spoke with. He arrived within 30 minutes of our phone call, made the necessary repairs, was very friendly and answered all my questions. I am very, very satisfied and would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Explained my problem, he explained what had to be done and cost of project. He sent employee to home within 1/2 hour, he did job in 45 minutes. Great Job!

I was given a quote over the phone by Damian! He did not ask me what size the door was other than a double door!! When the Tech came out, he told me I had an oversized door, and the price turned out to be $200 more than the original quote!! Seems to me the proper questions should be asked if a quote over the phone is going to be given, or not give one til the Tech comes out for the repair!! Other than that I was satisfied with the replacement and work performed!! They would rate 5 stars if not for the "quote issue"!!!

Damian was cordial, professional and did exactly what he said. When he came out for an estimate the day before, he articulated everything that needed to be done and answered any questions that I had. In fact ,he was very helpful and he "TALKED TO YOU" AS OPPOSED to someone talking AT YOU! Big difference working with the owner of the company then an installer who may or may not care. Would recommend Damian as a person you can trust. Have been in Las Vegas for 40 years.
