Had to spend an extra $165 to upgrade my springs. I added insulation with requires a heavier spring to lift the door. Problem with the control light. When the notified Damian a technician was scheduled immediately.

Danny arrived 15 minutes early but I am sure he would have waited the extra time before contacting me if I hadn't been in the front yard already. We looked at and talked over the problem with the door and decided replacing the whole door with a new one would be the least expensive way to go. Now from the time we met, until the new garage door was completely installed, took exactly 2 hours. That time frame also included him having to go and get the new door , hardware and bring it all back to my house. I have no complaints.

Damian was the first person to contact me, after putting my request in Service magic. I did not know the technical terms for a garage door, so i was explaining to him in my own terms (the thing). He was really kind and explained to me what the correct terms where for "the thing". Now I know all the technical terms for a garage door.
