I was very pleased with the service. The gentleman was on time and told me right away the problem which made me feel confident that he knew his job. He said it would take about 20 min and it did I had to run to the store and when I came back he was already standing outside with the job completed and my garage door back in working order. The price I payed was the price they quoted on the phone. I will definately use them agin if needed and tell friends to also.

Was nervous about contacting contractors based on what I read on the Internet. I was extremely surprised with the value, quality, and responsiveness of Damian Douglas, LLC. My repair was completed in 30 minutes and they were very professional. I really feel I got a fair price and I WILL be using them again if I have any other garage door repair needs.

I called mid morning because our garage door would not close. The owner of the company answered and said we can be there between 4 & 6. Danny arrived within the time limit quickly gave me an estimate and fixed the door in a short period of time. Very efficient and friendly. When we asked for help they called right away. Call gave us a estimate and a time. They came when the said they would be here and the work was done fast and correctly. Price was more then the estimate but only because they did not know the door was insulted so the spring was more. Still was the best price and only a few dollars more. I would recommend them to friends.

All aspects of the job went great. It was easy to get and appointment; the technician arrived within the appointment window; the technician was effective; and both Damian Douglas and the technician were very helpful and easy to talk to. I'm completely satisfied.

Very Professional install of my garage door opener, installer was courteous, knowledgeable and expeditious.

I came home on thanksgiving night to find my grage door spring broke. The first thing came to me is who will fix anything during this long holiday. I started calling pros early Friday and I got outrageous rates to come and fix the spring, till I called D&D service. I left a message and He called me back in 10 minutes and he offered me his regular daily special of $165 and...and the technician was in my house in less than 45 mintues. Danial the tech was an awesome tech. He acted all the time in professional way, fixed the springs in timely manner, gave few tips to maintain the garage system properly and did not try to sell me extra service.

Damien and Daniel did a great job all around with the install of 2 car and 1 car garage doors. The price was the best out of 3 companies and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

1. Responsiveness: Fast! Had a call from them before their normal work hours began. 2. Product knowledge: Their rep knew exactly what/where to focus his attention on (ye Gods, don't you just hate know-it-alls!). :-) 3. My bill: Exactly as what was originally quoted! However, I never thot to look at their web site until after their chap finished and had left. Senior discounts were offered. Somehow mine was inadvertantly overlooked. Drat! :-(

Damian is truly a professional. I submitted my request through the website. They called right away and I immediately told Damian that I had concerns about the lst contractor I hired through the site. He listened to my concerns and gave me information on their company and a verbal quote over the phone (very important when the job is cut and dry - garage spring replacement) He also encouraged me to take the time to research and read their reviews. Bottom line. I made the right choice, the repairs were made the following morning for my tenants and the charge was exactly what was quoted. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone.
