The call in response to my requests for immediate assistance was courteous all my questions answered before work started. Work was completed on schedule and the area cleaned up leaving no trash behind. As a senior the discount offered was certainly appreciated and getting the work completed so that the garage door would open and close meant I was able to move about freely and not trapped at home. I may decide on some additional work and they will be likely to be the company used. I cannot give a higher recommendation than that.

I do like that the company owner calls and says the they do not charge to look at the problem. I was told by another company that it would be around 3 hundred depending on the problem. Damian sd by the sound of the problem it was 170.00 or so. By the time dude left it was 255.00. So I will be aware next time. I am a female who needed her garage fixed... So I know now...

My initial call to Damian Douglas, LLC was answered by Damian (the owner) and after listening to me describe the problem, he sent his technician, Danny, out to give an estimate and hopefully, fix the garage door. Danny arrived promptly, assessed the situation, gave us a VERY reasonable price, and the door was working again in 15 minutes!! Damian and Danny are definately reputable, dependable, and we will use them exclusively and recommend them to our neighbors with enthusiasm! Since we have just moved to the Las Vegas area, it is heartening to find an owner-operated company with the integrity and excellent workmanship that these two offer.

The service tech called with an arrival time between 5 and 6pm that same day. He arrived at 4:15 pm and was finished by 5. He offered a discount for paying with cash or check. He also didn't try to get us to do unnecessary work. We are very happy
