Tech was on time, knew what he was doing and did not try to over sell. Price to replace 2 springs was exactly as quoted on the phone when the appointment was made.

Working with Damian was like a breath of fresh air. To many contractor's in Las Vegas look for shortcuts at the customer's expense, don't show up on time, and give lip service. Damian does not. Will not. Recommend him highly!

After going on line, I was called by other garage door repair businesses. They could not give me a definate price. I was told it may be between $89.00 and $139.00 and an additional $90.00 for labor for one spring. I was then contacted by Damian Douglas. He gave me the price of $195.00 for 2 springs. No hidden charges, no guesstimates, no additional fees. We scheduled a time for him to come out. He was on time, professional and did a great job. I recommend him for anyone who needs an honest repairman.

The price quoted was different from actual price. I was told to replace the spring it would be $165.00, but was charged $185.00.
