They are good. I’m happy with the quality and the house that I got. They are really professional. I got my house built through a builder around mid last year and it took about 7 or 8 months to build my house. There was a 2 weeks delay in completing the work. I have had them as my agent from my previous house and I have had them so that they could help me with the credit and get some other benefits too. I did not pay anything to them. I would continue to have them as my agent in the future.

My real estate agents name is Troy Reeves and I talk to him on a weekly basis.  He works for both buyers as well as seller.  Obviously we need to tell him whether we are sellers or buyers and no matter what he's going to work on your site when he's in the negotiating room you could trust that he's definitely working for you.  Typically when you purchase a home and make an offer what happens is that if they don't do six percent of the actual value of the house, three percent of that will typically go to the buyer and three percent of that will go to the seller.  All this stuff can be negotiated and right now he's doing some research.  When you ask him a whole bunch of questions regarding your property he has appraisers as well as other vendors who network with you.  Good real estate agents always have connections and they book connections with good relationships.  He's a great guy.  When I have new ideas I share with him.  He's top notch and he's quick.  He gets back to you at least within a day.
