In December of 2014, my house alarm went off for over 4 minutes.  You are supposed to receive a phone call from a center asking if you are ok and if police need to be sent to your home.  That never happened.  I wondered why police did not show and why I didn't get a phone call.  I called the company telling them I never received a call nor did police come out to my house.  I was told that my service may not be connected.  I may have a problem with my phone line.  I thought, if my phone line is a problem, how would I know that?  I was then told that the connection will be checked.  In January, I receive a call from a woman telling me that there must be a problem with my phone line because my alarm is not connected with them.
How long has this been going on?  They were charging me a monthly fee without knowing if my alarm was connected with them?
This company is very shady not only because of this situation but because they send bills for the same time periods that I already paid them for.  For example, I get a bill for October/November/December 2013 when I already paid in advance.  After receiving a bill, I checked my processed checks with my bank, and I would always find the cashed check that I sent already for the service.  I do not trust whoever does their billing, and I don't trust the company to keep my home safe.

Terrible. Quality Security and Sound is not a professional company. Did not listen to our requirements, understated costs, exceeded estimates, did not complete the job, and attempted to charge in order to complete the job. To finish the job we found it necessary to hire someone that knew what they were doing.
