Description of Work: There is a different group at Presidential tat handles pool remodels. We worked with Ish, who was great. They refinished our pool interior; replaced with a pebble sheen finish and did a new interior tile border. We purchased all new pool/spa equipment and also extended the existing deck with travertine pavers. |They finished almost on time as the original date promised. We were skeptical the first week, because we had workers come in for one day the first week; same the 2nd week. We learned that's just how it goes. There are days when no work is done. That's how they schedule these remodels. In total, our project was 7 weeks, but only about 10-12 actual days of having people onsite. We had a couple of issues with specific workers who thought it was okay to smoke in our yard and leave their butts along with other trash laying around. Ish quickly addresses it when we brought it to his attention. Everything else was great. We are very happy with the result and the quality of work. We would use them again.

Description of Work: Warranty service of a pool pump. The tech was timely and only took 2 minutes to provide the service. All of my experiences with this company were exemplary from the initial build of the pool (completed in Sept of 2014) to the current problem with the pool pump covered under the warranty.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with the sales personnel and construction crews that designed and built my pool. I was informed all along the way. I believe I received value for my money using Presidential to build my pool. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They quoted a pool for us, and after investigating our yard, determined that a sizeable retaining wall was needed. The cost of the wall drove the pool project cost out of budget for us. They refunded our down payment promptly. Karen was excellent to work with, and was thoroughly honest about the job and what the challenges were. She brought her team out to my house several times and they made the judgement a wall was needed. They could have put a pool in within my budget but decided it would compromise the quality. They have a high standard of quality and ethics. After experiencing other valley contractors from time to time, I wish I could have done business with Presidential. They are first class in my book.

Description of Work: I had a salt water pool built in my back yard in 2009. I am happy with what they did. They are very professional and will take as much time as necessary to answer your questions. The very first thing I did when I moved into my new house was landscape and pool. Any problems at all and they respond immediately. The warranties are good and they have no problem handling whatever they need to handle. I had all the bells and whistles put in my pool. I have self cleaning which is wonderful. I also got a heater.. I do recommend them. I also hired a pool boy from the business. He was the one who sold me the pool.
