Precision R&R LLC

Description of Work: On September 14, 2012, I contacted Precision R & R, LLC. for an emergency Water Damage Claim. They came out within 2 hours and set up their equipment. for the“Dry Out’. Precision R & R, LLC was highly recommended by good friend of mine, so I THOUGHT I could TRUST THEM. The Water damages were quiteextensive and it required to have all my Laminate Flooring replaced as well Dry Wall repairs. At first they were reliable but I was shocked that Precision R & R, LLC, billed my Insurance Company for 4 Days of Use for their Dry Out Equipment. It was in my house for 3 Days! The equipment was set up at 10:30 Am on Friday and picked up 7:30 AM on Monday- how is that Four Days????? I originally hired Precision R & R, LLC to do ALL of the restoration work including 1100 square feet of flooring, Dry wall repairs, and replacing my Kitchen Cabinets & Counter Tops. They would make appointments with me to discuss the restoration and would be NO SHOWS. While they were in my home, they would rush taking measurements and discussing what needed to be done. They rudely talked on their phones and then rush off saying they had to meet someone. Precision misrepresented their Cabinetsas “Custom” Cabinets and could not make what I needed (which are standard sizes at Lowes and other stores). Their flooring vender- Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply, rescheduled appointments and never came out to measure the rooms. Precision told me I needed to replace my 12 foot kitchen window in order to replace my cabinets. They said it would be “Custom Made’. Later they came back and said they could not get the window. I found out the “Custom Made Widow” was one Precision was ordering from Home Depot and was adding a hefty profit to its cost. I was quoted $8000.00 to replace the window!!!!! I gave them a $5000.00 deposit for the work. I was promised the repairs would be completed by October 26. They never showed up and kept putting me off. Again, I was giving a completion dateof November 15. I finally cancelled when they never came to start the work. I had to wait for a week for them to refund my deposit which they had had for over a month! Needless to say I contacted someone else~
