 + -1 moreTwo technicians arrived in the time slot they had promised and treated my condo for termites. The whole process took less than an hour and was very efficiently managed. The techs were professional, polite, and explained the process. I will be staying with them for annual inspections now.

 + -1 moreExcellent! They had to work around other contractors and ended up coming at night to fit it in. Had to come twice because the concrete guys ended up doing 2 pours, but PCS kept original bid price.
