Description of Work: I needed to get into my neighbor's house because I could see water coming out of her garage and she was out of town. After contacting my neighbor, she asked me to contact a locksmith. I called three locksmiths and this one was available to come out within the hour. They were very responsive, prompt, and courteous and were able to work out the payment (reasonable with Angie's list coupon) over the phone with my neighbor. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Pennington rekeyed all the locks on a house I had just purchased. They were right on time and performed the entire service very promptly and were very professional and courteous and the price was very reasonable. A modest visit charge plus only about $14 per lock as I recall. And .... the lock/key combos are smoother now than they were before. I will definitely use Pennington again.

Description of Work: I closed on a house and the deed recorded at 4:45pm on a Friday. Pennington's locksmith meet me at the property at 6pm rekeyed 8 locks including the mailbox key. He found that one of the locks had been damaged and fixed the damaged lock without issue, and cut off a pad lock that the old owners had installed and left. I definitely would recommend to others and will use them for any lock issues that I have in the future. The next job I have for them is a key pad door entry installation.

He is self-employed and his is a local-owned business. He is a quiet older gentleman who is very thorough and methodical. He explains everything well.

 + -1 moreI was told that these locks were not rekeyable by a big box store (I detached the lock and had it with me). When I called County wide, they said it wouldn't be a problem. On the day of service came 5 minutes early - it was a grandson and grandfather team of 2. They set it so that all the keys matched the front door key, fixed a door knob that was not opening well by replacing a part for free, and also gave me an additional copy of the key.

Both jobs included 4 keys in the standard package, a nice 'extra' we thought. Service was prompt and courteous as promised. We will definitely use this company again and will recommend to our friends.
Description of Work: Re-keyed multiple locks at two rental properties in Tempe, AZ. In both cases, tenants moved out and did not return all keys to the properties, necessitating changing of the locks.

Dave removed all of my locks and replaced with a more secure lock (again, that I purchased). He also added two additional locks for more security. I would highly recommend his services.
