Super job as new carpet

Provider canceled service scheduling of promotional deal. Angies List then provided refund. I would have liked an earlier notification from the provider.

I don't know why you are contacting about this. I did sign up to use this company however before any service could take place, Angie's list notified me that the service with this provider was cancelled. The provider, Panda Carpet, notified me that they had a problem with Angie's List. Both sides blamed the other and no service was done. Angie's List should be aware of this and stop contacting me about a rating. Check your files.

After I had purchased the deal and scheduled a time, I received an email from Panda's informing me that they were unable to perform the work through Angie's list and to contact Angie's list for a refund or another company. I did this and the eork was performed by Palladino's.

It did not go at all. The carpet cleaners never showed up, and I called them 3 times and they did not return my calls.

I have tile in two hallways, the kitchen and entryway--all heavy traffic areas. Over time the grout became grimy and I was getting tired of scrubbing on my hands and knees with a brush to get them clean. Herb came and worked his magic. The process was quite impressive and my tile now looks brand new. He even cleaned the baseboards! I am very happy with the work and will definitely use Panda again. I have referred him to all my friends!

They emailed me in the evening when they were scheduled today. They wouldn't be able to honor my appointment due to issues with Angie's List. I had planned my schedule around them so that I could get the work done and they gave me less than 24 hours notice before cancelling my appointment.

We purchased the deal for the wrong state. He was very nice and very responsive to us.

Herb was very prompt, professional, and delivered very clean carpets...I will definitely use him again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

He was very professional, down to earth, listened to everything, properly equipped to perform service. He did a very good job on the carpet and spent the appropriate amount of time to complete the job, timely in his arrival, and was very professional.

Herb showed up promptly and was extremely courteous and professional. After looking at my carpets and asking about a couple of stains, he did not try to up the price by pitching pre-stain treatment or anything else. He just went right to work. He spent a long time getting the carpets clean .... and WOW ... are they clean. My carpets are 17 years old and they almost look as good as new. I have used many other carpet cleaners over the years, but I will only use Panda from here on out. Herb is a magician ... don't know how he gets such dingy old carpeting looking bright and clean. The price was very reasonable and the work was awesome and I highly recommend him!!! Thank you Herb! judi

We have never had our carpeting look so great after a cleaning! It basically looks like new! Panda was able to schedule an appointment quickly and Herb arrived on time. He took great care and a substantial amount of time to do things right and it shows! I would highly recommend this service and I will be using them for all future cleanings.
