What I like best about Palms and Trees is that the owner is an arborist. Not only do we get proper maintenance, he can tell us what we need to do or not do to keep everything healthy. Many neighbors lost trees last summer, and ours are still going strong. They have done our property for more than 20 years.

They removed a tree & trimmed the others. They did a great job & were very professional! I recommend them!

Once I finally reached them, they did an excellent job. Great on the work; slow on the business side of things. I couldn't get a returned call from leaving a voice mail--very frustrating!

This company had worked very well for me in the past and I called them to do an initial yard prep and cleanup. Their return phone call was very prompt and friendly, with scheduling for an on-site estimate later the same day. The estimate was agreed upon and paid at that time. The work was scheduled for the following week, but their office called the next day to advise me that the work could be done immediately and I agreed. The offer of advancing the work was very beneficial. The crew arrived promptly and fulfilled the work request in a very satisfactory manner. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would recommend their work.

I called and left a message which was returned a few days later when we scheduled a time for Ron to come to give an estimate the next day. Ron arrived right on time and we talked through the tasks needed and he jotted everything down on paper. He totaled the costs, told me verbally and we then discussed timing. He left saying his office would call to schedule, but did not leave a written estimate, nor did I sign off to confirm I was hiring his services. I went online to research his company and found some disparaging reviews. However, not one to believe everything I read, I contacted the person who referred Ron to me and found some more sources to vouch for his work. I decided to give him a go. I did call his office to try get a copy of estimate but didn't get a call back so I relied on my own notes. Ron called three days later to say his guys would be round to start work within the next two hours. Rodrigo and Juan showed up as advised and fortunately, I was home and able to review their work list. Only two queen palms were listed for trimming but a quick call to Ron sorted everything out. He answered his phone promptly each time I called and the matter was cleared up. The guys were very personable, worked hard and did a great job both of trimming the trees and clean up afterwards. Perhaps admin is not their strong suit but they can certainly do the task that is asked of them and Ron is easily contactable to sort out any issues. I would advise Ron to tighten up his estimate/work order procedure in order to set the right expectations and avoid any confusion with customers. I was able to stage manage my job because I was home, but this is probably not always the case. Overall, I am happy with the work Ron's guys did and would recommend their services with the proviso that you keep the work list clear and agreed upon prior to work starting.
