 + -1 moreI am a Property Manager and I am very pleased with Preston's work and here is what my tenants wrote to me: Preston was here on Friday. He fixed the leaky bath tub faucet which turned out to be more difficult than I thought it would be. He repaired the garbage disposal quickly and he also took care of the loose toilet holder and is getting a new screen for the front window. He is very competent and also very considerate of us as tenants. I would definitely recommend as a source for this kind of maintenance. I am extremely Happy to find Preston, as I ran a maintenance department for 4 years and I know how difficult it is to find maintenance guys who can not only perform the work but also complete all the other tasks associated, like scheduling the appointment, showing up on time, cleaning up after the work, returning to the property when he said he would and sending me the invoice right away. I will definitely be using Preston as much as I can.!!
Description of Work: Preston was given a list of "move in checklist maintenance" items from my new tenants and he contacted the tenants immediately to schedule an appointment. He provided an estimate to me right away and the work was approved at his Very Reasonable price!

Description of Work: Preston finished our bathroom which included dry wall to dry wall finish to laying tile, hanging lights, contracting an electrician to painting. Always on time, extremely trustworthy , we are planning on using him soon for other projects. We feel lucky to have found him.
