+ -1 moreKristine does a great job responding to emails and phone calls in a consistently prompt and efficient manner to schedule (or reschedule as the case may be) inspections. Craig was always prompt and his reports are very detailed, and provided the same day or within 24 hours electronically. As an out-of-town investor I also appreciated him making himself available by phone to review the report in detail and answer all my questions. We were completely satisfied and plan on using them again on our next purchase.
Description of Work: Owen and Associates (Craig) performed 3 separate inspections over a period of 2 months on 3 different properties. We purchase single family homes as rental properties. Craig also performed a re-inspection on 2 properties after we have completed renovations / improvements.
