+ -1 moreThere was very bad communication from the beginning. They noticed yellow algae growing in my pool and said nothing about it until I called to inquire about it. Then they discontinued my services via e-mail with no explanation. They mentioned that they did not receive my autopay information from the previous company yet never notified me to avoid missed payments. When I called to find out I was over talked and dismissed. I offered to pay and Renee kept saying "I just think we're the right fit." Very unprofessional from management.

+ -1 moreAmazing. I had Stephen and crew stop by for a quote on a black algae problem. I planned after taking with him to have them acid wash in October when cooler. But he and crew through a few chemicals in and brushed and my pool looks fantastic. Also got some great pointers. Definitely will hire again!
