Glenn is a great salesman. I very much appreciated how up front and honest he was about his products. It became clear to me very quickly that I wanted to consider going with them for my purchase. I asked Glenn the same questions repeatedly for a few days until I had understood everything I was uncertain about. He was more than patient and willing to help me. I ended up going with the higher end water conditioner unit. Install went relatively smoothly. My house was not pre plumbed for a water softener, so there was some extra work involved. His contractors were friendly. They didn't mind me watching the install as I was intrigued by the whole process. When they left they made sure to clean up any mess they had made. The install location was a big of a compromise from what I originally wanted, but I think it will work just fine. At the end of the day I couldn't get the other companies to give me quotes, come out to my home for a face to face, and the prices I did see from the competition was not anywhere near ballpark for Fresh Mountain in regards to quality and value. These guys know what they are doing, they stand behind their products confidently and are patient when you have questions. I'll be passing along the word to friends and family. Thanks again, Glenn!

Over the past 8 years, I have purchased a new water softening unit from Mountain Fresh Water Systems on three separate occasions for home that I have purchased. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of the products and especially pleased with my experience in dealing with Glenn Buckman, the owner. On a separate occasion, I also called upon Glenn to rebuild a used unit in another home I purchased and he was objective in his advice, not upselling me with things I didn't need. In that occasion, he saved me about $600. I highly recommend Glenn and the products he provide with Mountain Fresh.

Hunter Buckman from Mountain Fresh Water Systems came out to my home to test my water and to discuss the various options in water softening and whole house filtration available. I asked a million questions and he was able to answer them all to my satisfaction. After doing a chemical analysis to determine the water's hardness, and asking lots of questions about the size of the home and about our typical water usage he recommended the appropriate water softener and whole house carbon block filter for our needs. Because our incoming city water line was on the side of the house opposite the garage, where I wanted to house the water softener and carbon block filter, a complex installation was required, running copper piping underground in front of the house into the garage, and a drain line running back out of the garage into the sewer connection. Otherwise, the water softener would have had to been kept outside, exposed to the elements. This was not an option for me even though it would have been the least expensive way to get softened water into my home. Unsure about having all that new copper plumbing run under my front lawn and walkways, I called in a plumber for a second opinion and a price quote. He basically offered me the same installation options as Mountain Fresh did, but at a price 2.5X greater than the Mountain Fresh quote. So, I decided to go with Mountain Fresh. On 8/21/2013, two Mountain Fresh employees showed up on time to begin the installation. They were very friendly and accommodating. I asked them at the last moment to change a badly corroded water valve, since they would be working around it anyway, and they were glad to do it for me at a small additional charge. It took them about 4 hours to dig the trenches, lay the copper, and install the filter and water softener. When they finished they cleaned up the yard and garage, and other than the copper pipe running on the wall of my garage into a new filter and water softener, I would never have known they were here. Although I didn't ask them to do this, they also installed a soft-water valve on the side of the house, so I can wash my car, or windows, using softened water. Very thoughtful! A couple of days after the installation, I was not sure the water softener was working. The water didn't have the slick slimy feel I was accustomed to from the water softener in my previous home. Concerned, I called Hunter to discuss, and he offered to come over immediately to retest the water. 30 minutes later he was here, retested the water, which was indeed softened. He spent some time going over the water softener's control panel with me and we made some minor adjustments. 2 months later….to sum it up, I believe I received top-notch water treatment products at a fair price. The cost of the installation was incredibly inexpensive compared to what a plumber quoted, so when you combine them both, I think I got a super deal on this water system. I will update this review in the future if anything should change regarding the performance of the system, or if the installation created any unforeseen issues.

I did my homework before making the trip to a home and garden show. I had a list of three companies I wanted to stop by and speak to. I had already checked the list on Angie s List and the BBB. First, I stopped by the booth for Mountain Fresh and spoke to Kahlan O'Hara regarding our interest. Our 5 year condo was pre-plumb, and we were so tired of the hard water. Kahlan gave me a ball park figure of what to expect. I then went to the other two companies and neither had anything to say, just leave your name and we will call you to schedule an appointment. We met with Kahlan at the time previously scheduled (ontime). Kahlan was great to work with. The meeting only took and hour because we had a good idea of what we wanted and Kahlan whet into full detail at the Home Show. We scheduled the installation of the unit when we would be home during the week. The team of two was on time and one installed the RO and drilled the countertop and one installed the water softener and conditioner in the garage. It took less than two hours. They then explained the operation to us. We noticed a difference right away.

Two years ago, after extensive research into the best water softeners available, and into the best value, product and service I purchased Pinnacle System from Glenn Buckman at Mountain Fresh Water Systems. I am very anal and finicky about having soft-water and also about getting the best product for the price. My research showed that the Pinnacle product was a great product at a very good price. My use of the product also confirmed this conclusion. It worked great with a low operation cost. Installation was quick and professional. Further, Glen at Mountain Fresh was great to work with. I consider him honest and straight forward. A pleasure to work with. Now, I have moved to a new home and upon renewed research I have come to the same conclusion that Glenn's product and service is the very best out there. I just purchased my second unit from him. I highly recommend the Pinnacle products, and I highly recommend dealing with Glenn Buckman at Mountain Fresh Water Systems.
