Maid 2 Kleen

I was recommended to Maid-2-kleen by a property management company. I spoke with Jim who to be honest is very hard to get a word in with. He was initially reasonably nice, and said he would be able to get us in because they do another house on that side of town. We agreed on an initial cleaning and then to set up a monthly service. The maids were scheduled to show up between 3pm-4pm. They arrived around 3:50pm. They asked if we wanted a deep clean or a standard clean. A bit confused I just told them to do a standard clean. Within about 15 minuets Jim called me up in arms. Said I was trying to change the deal on him and that he sent them "all the way to my side of town for a deep clean only." Jim would not even let me get a word in to discuss the confusion. I made a comment that the maids were an hour late, which I realized later was my mistake. They were there within their 1 hour. Before we could talk any further Jim said he was pulling his crew, I said that was fine and that I would post a review about my experience. Jim then told me he would be placing me on some other website for dead-beat customers and hung up. The funniest part is that if he would have discussed the situation with me, and had some sense of customer service I would have been more than happy to pay for the full amount. I even offered the four girls who he sent out the cash to finish the job. I felt bad they came all the way out and now were not going to get paid because of their bosses poor customer service. They called Jim and he ordered them to leave. I exchanged a series of texts with Jim which I have posted to this site. Jim is a thin skinned individual, and vindictive at that. I have been receiving threatening texts from him ever since I wrote this review. I can't speak to how they clean houses because they didn't get to cleaning mine. On a customer service level they get an F. To make a long story short don't do what I did. Check out the references and read the comments about this company all over the web. If you do end up having an issues with Jim and maid-2-kleen he will threaten to blast you as a dead beat customer and defame your character on the web. Don't take my word for it though.
