The ceramic tile they did a good job with. The finished product was very good. The problem is that the company had a guy come and measure and he should have known the concrete was cracked. It needed to be grinded down and they said they didn't have anybody. I wanted to have them do it. I got so mad with the person that I was talking to, he threatened not to do the job. They had me apologize because they didn't have an installer. The day they were supposed to start they had the guy come in and do the grinding and he told me that he was available the entire week before. I was very displeased with their customer service. I will never have any installation of any kind done by Lowe's.
Description of Work: They did two things. They did the ceramic tile in the family room, the kitchen and two baths. The bedrooms, the hall and the living room, I had laminated flooring put in.

THE INSTALLER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE WINDOWS. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE IN KEEPING DUST AND DIRT FROM ENTERING MY HOUSE.

MOST COMPETITIVE ON THE INSTALLATION AND PRICE OF WATER HEATER FOR THE CAPACITY, AND COULD PERFORM THE WORK THE QUICKEST. INSTALLER WAS NICE, BUT DISORGANIZED AND LEFT TOOLS AND PAPERWORK AT THE HOUSE WHICH HE HAD TO COME BACK FOR. WATER HEATER CAME DAMAGED AND HAD TO BE RETURNED FOR A REPLACEMENT BEFORE INSTALLATION. SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE UNIT PRIOR TO BRINGING OUT FOR INSTALLATION.

LOWE'S WAS SLOW IN LETTING US KNOW OUR TILE HAD ARRIVED. THE QUALITY OF THE TILING WAS OK, BUT ALL THE TILES ARE NOT COMPLETELY STRAIGHT.
