Called in for a leak in my water hose spigot. The technician was very skilled, the completed work looks very nice and more importantly no more leaking along the side of our house. This is my first time needing a plumber and they were the only company I called so I don’t have anything to compare their price to, but I think the price was reasonable for the work that was done. Thank you!

From the moment we contacted Lawson Family Plumbing, they were extremely responsive and helpful. Jeff and Kevin met us at the house at our earliest convenience to go over the details of the project, and figured out they could change the routing of the piping to keep from destroying the flooring in one of the bathrooms, thereby saving us money in multiple ways. They also recommended and were able to implement a method for installing the new piping that saved us significantly on labor and material costs (pipe bursting--cost was 35% lower than another bid we received). Throughout the whole project I felt they had our best interests at heart--they fixed plumbing issues with our water heater for no charge, replaced a cracked sewer vent pipe that was not in the original scope for no charge, and replaced the box for the water connections for the washing machine--also for no charge. At the end of the project I had an issue with how they had capped the newly-abandoned sewer clean-outs and they came back out to the property promptly to fix the issue with no problem. I could not possibly recommend these guys any higher. They are awesome. We will call them in the future for ANY plumbing issue we have.

I called Monday morning before 9am and Jeff Pate was at my house before 10am the same day - super responsive! Jeff explained what would be needed to fix and provided a quote that was very competitive and had the work done within 2 hours. I was very impressed with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family or use them again.

The experience was over the top great from the quick response I received to my email inquiry, to the Office Specialist who took my call and scheduled the appointment to Jason K who performed the actual work. Jason called to confirm his arrival, was prompt, professional, courteous and absolutely customer focused. He took the time to recommend options to my husband and me and then moved quickly to complete the work. We've been in our home for several decades and this is only the second time we needed to call a plumber. We were a little hesitant but read the other reviews and decided on Lawson. We wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future.

I called them because my water heater wasn't working. I was told that they would come out between 4 and 7pm, and that I would get a call when they were on the way. I got the call at 4:30 and he arrived 10 minutes later. He was polite and he did a great job. My water heater needed a new heating element. It was promptly fixed and the service was amazing!

It went well. Called on Monday morning and had someone out on Tuesday afternoon. They fixed our toilet and also did an inspection of the entire home and told us where we might need to have some work done in the future. They were professional, courteous and explained everything to us. Would definitely use them again.

Called Lawson because I had used them another time to reset a leaking toilet. This time problem arose an a weekend, and they came on a Sunday! Fixed the clogged up pipe, and it's been fine since.

We had someone come out and scared us half to death and basically tried to sell us like a million dollars worth of stuff for our house. We decided to get a second opinion from Lawson's. The second opinion was much better and we only spent about $1500. We've actually called them to come out for a second thing and they were great. It was free. I thought I was going to have to buy a new water heater. They came in and looked at the issue. They said oh we just need to do this and they did a couple things and they were done. I was like how much do I owe you and they said nothing. I was blown away. Those guys are awesome.

I called Lawson's Family Plumbing after finding out that my previous plumber, Epic Plumbing had improperly installed my two-year-old, hot water heater. (It was destroyed from water damage.) Blake came in on a day he wasn't scheduled to work and replaced my hot water heater just so we could take showers again. Bless him. He was terrific. I liked Lawson's so much, I had them come back and replace a couple of toilets the following week. (Jeff did a terrific job on those.) They both explained everything that they were doing and gave me estimates ahead of time. I knew exactly how much it would cost before the work started. There were no surprises. I would definitely hire them again.

The Lawson people cut out the section which had the blockage and replaced it. They did a nice job patching the concrete. The drain now flows normally. I called the Chas Roberts people and they totally denied blocking my drain. Of course. The Lawson Group came across as trustworthy, capable, and honest. I would use them again.

I called their office late Thursday for an appointment to get a quote and was told that a technician could be out to our place between 8 - 9AM the next day (Friday). Aaron arrived at my home just after 8AM and immediately went about inspecting our old water heater and the hookups that would be needed to replace it. Aaron was pleasant and personable throughout the job and explained everything as he went along. Within a few minutes he had a quote worked up that included all parts, materials, and labor needed to replace the unit. The quote looked quite acceptable particularly with the Military Discount that they offered Veterans, like myself. So I said let's go ahead. Since my Lowe's water heater was still within the warranty period, I needed a replacement unit from directly them and that was fine with Lawson's. But I needed the new water heater picked up at Lowe's, delivered to my house, and the old unit returned to Lowe's for warranty credit. I was delighted when I found out that Lawson's was willing to do this also, included in their original quote. That certainly saved me time, hassle, and money! While disconnecting the old heater and moving it to the truck, it leaked rusty water onto the garage floor and driveway, which Aaron promptly cleaned up to prevent rust staining. The installation of the new water heater was done professionally and with a great deal of care. He even added a "sediment trap" on the gas control valve to prevent debris from clogging the gas nozzles. This feature was not included on my old original setup, but it was included at no additional cost. He also tested the house water pressure, which had never been done before here either. We checked out good at 70 psi. During the installation he also explained how/why the anode rod needed to be replaced every 3 years in our heater to prevent tank corrosion due to the fact that we had a water softener installed. After the job was complete and the new water heater was filled, he double checked all fittings for leaks, picked up all scrap materials and cardboard and placed them in his truck. One final sweep of the work area and I was given a coupon for $20 off for my next service visit. All-in-all, I couldn't be more pleased with the professional and thorough job that Lawson Family Plumbing, Inc. performed for us. I have been searching for a Valley plumbing company to be my "go-to source" for all my plumbing needs going forward and I am confident that I have finally found a reliable, affordable solution with Lawson Family Plumbing!!

Very well tech was very good and professional

I called early in the day and they were out early the same afternoon. After assessing the problem, Kevin went and got the needed parts. The faucets were fixed that day. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely use them again.

Went well, Kevin demonstrated an additional step required that was not on the water tank instructions and pilot light immediately was relighted. He double check the pilot light several times to be certain it was functioning well. He did not charge me since he said he didn't have to fix anything. Now that is an honest company and will definitely call them again whenever their services are needed for repairs or for a new water heater.

They were in and out in no time. They had spec'd it out the day before so they were completely ready. The vent needed to be re-routed in the process of installation and still, They were in and out in no time. A very professional job! They will be back for an inspection in 6 months. Initially another company was to do the work but their technician said it was an impossible job and simply left. So many thanks to Lawson for doing it instead and certainly better than any other company I have hired to do plumbing.

Everything was completed without any problems.

I have been very impressed with the quality of their staff and their general operation They always call ahead of time to let you know when they are arriving and their staff are very courteous. Chris, who completed both of these jobs, did the work quickly and efficiently. He had a very customer service oriented demeanor and I was very impressed with his desire to do a good job. Highly recommend them.
