I met with Ben from Lawson Family Plumbing about a month ago to review the age and health of my water heater in our new house. This call was free, and Ben provided me with some valuable insight into the health of the heater - it was around 9 years old and about half full of sediment from typical use. He provided several quotes for replacement. Fast forward about a month and I called up Lawson to get the quote cleaned up and refreshed as Ben had put many options on it. They promptly emailed me a clear quote, which I agreed to shortly after. They called me very promptly the next day to schedule the install later that week at my convenience. Ben and his apprentice were very communicative of some issues they ran into getting parts that morning and also very clear about their timing of arrival. Work went as planned and they were very cognizant of not turning off house water or power for any longer than necessary. They even capped some pipes temporarily while they went for some lunch and more supplies so we could have water while they were gone. They cleaned up the work site very well at the end of install. They did miss a few things during the install: they forgot to install an expansion tank, and did not install a controller for the recirculating pump on my unit. I wrote a quick email to the owner, Jeffery, and I got a call quickly to schedule Ben back out to correct these issues. Small things like this really make the company nice to work with! The price was a bit high, but the quality of work is superb and they warranty all of their work and the equipment they provided.

Called another plumber first who didn't seem to want to fix anything then found Lawson Family Plumbing. Super fast response and set up appointment for when I'd be home. Technician called before appointment, showed up right on time, gave estimate for work and had everything done and was gone within an hour. Super friendly, good service and great price. Can't ask for anything more and while I hope I don't need a plumber again any time soon, if I do I know who I'm going to call!!!

From start to finish, we had a great experience. Our tech, Jeff, first showed up the same day we had called for an estimate as he had a local cancellation. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. We showed Jeff what was to be done at that time. A few days later, Jeff sent a revised estimate as we had an issue come up and wanted to make sure we were comparing the same thing amongst estimates. Through out the process, I consulted with Jeff, who exhibited great communication skills, a sign of great customer service. When everything was all said and done, we chose Lawson Family Plumbing for our home improvement project as they had the balance of fair pricing, great communication skills, and could do the project when it was convenient for us. That service was performed on June 15. Jeff called 30 minutes prior to arriving for the appointment, along with his assistant. We showed them all of the parts we supplied and they verified we had everything intact. Our project was completed in approximately 2 hours. The quality of the workmanship was great. We are very pleased with this project. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lawson Family Plumbing for your home improvement needs. Much appreciated and thanks again!

Kevin from Lawson Family Plumbing is incredibly knowledgeable and knows what’s needed to get the job done quickly and fairly. He explained clearly the different options for the slab leak and answered any questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and never did I feel pressured by any upsells to anything. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect and not only picked up after himself by even all my own junk behind the washing machine where the leak occurred. He had to go through the floor since the pipe location and rerouting through the ceiling was going to be more expensive and impossible to do himself. He only had to go through maybe a 1/4 of a tile and he made sure to not damage anything else. When I initially called they came to look at the leak about two hours later. I was then scheduled to have the leak fixed two days later. Lawson seems incredibly honest. I was actually quoted something and they fixed it even cheaper than that! That’s how honest Kevin and Lawson Plumbing is. Thanks guys!

I was very happy with the service. Plumber showed up as scheduled. The toilets were evaluated and an estimate was provided. I agreed to the service and the work was done in a timely manner. I was impressed on the thoroughness of the work done. The bathroom area was so clean after the work was done, you could not tell they were even there.

Did a great job! Drain works now. However, they moved me up from the 4-7pm timeframe to 2-4pm timeframe without notice, and I had to miss one of my important meetings in the day at 2pm due to the scheduling misshap. I'd suggest calling the day before to make sure the time you set it for is correct. Got a discount due to being a new customer.

I had plumbing work done in my kitchen in December of 2017. There was a long-term leak in some old plumbing (from the 60's), which required demolition of part of the wall to repair. Jason K from Lawson was very expert in diagnosing the problem and did a fantastic job on the demolition portion and the repair of the plumbing. I also had an outdoor leak repaired at the same visit. In addition to doing a great job on the two problems, he noticed that the pressure control valve (PCV), which was installed by a different company 2-3 years ago, had already failed. He repaired that as well. Furthermore, rather than just charging me the initial estimated price, he charged for the actual time it took to repair, so that the total job, including the PCV add-on, was less than the initial quote. The service was exceptional from the initial contact and everything following. Jason was not only very knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company. Their reviews are well deserved.

Jeff was on the other side of town and drove to North Scottsdale to fix the pipe that had broken off in the wall. Took little time to fix. He was very prompt and professional!

Excellent. Also ended up with new Hot Water Tank with "T" connected to speed hot water delivery to master bedroom. Also water softener including loop. Dave was very personable and accommodating, reviewed everything we needed to know and assured us that we could call with any questions that may come up. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

The plumber was very polite and even understanding that I was a few minutes late as I was arriving from work. Did a great job and gave an estimate for other items that may need fixed in the future. The admin were also super quick in sending me a copy of the invoice that I requested. Would use again.

I had connected other plumbing companies and they could not respond for a day or two. Contacted Lawson's and someone responded within an hour and fixed the problem plus checked on a few things for me. The tech was just great and the person answering the phone was just the best!

The job took longer than anticipated because the pipe had to be lowered due to the dept of the sink. Very pleased that he took the time to check out all of the plumbing to be sure there were no leaks and that the facet and dishwasher were hooked up properly.

Our renters contacted us on a Sunday afternoon to let us know that the garbage disposal was leaking in our Peoria, AZ home. Lawson Family Plumbing was able to take care of it the same day! We were so thankful that they were able to do this in such a timely manner--even on a weekend. Normally, it would have cost $275, but they honored a special deal for Angie's List members which brought the price down to $219. Our renter was happy with the results and impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. We would definitely call Lawson Family Plumbing in the future.
