Description of Work: Robert came out and gave us an estimate for replacing our very old water heater. He was super nice and honest about what we needed. The other companies I called for estimates never even showed up. We decided to have them do the work and I am very happy with it!

Description of Work: We had a 1/2-hp Insinkerator Badger 5 Garbage Disposal installed. The installer was on time, clean (he wore booties to cover his shoes), and professional (he was happy to answer any and all questions). He made sure there were no leaks before he finished up, plus, the new disposer works great.

Description of Work: Greg, from Lawson Plumbing, was our service provider. He is competent, punctual, and professional in his work. At this time, Greg replaced several parts in the shower regulator, which controls the mix of hot and cold water. |The previous week, Greg had installed a new hot water. His work was completed in a timely manner and with excellent results. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: New Water softener and r/o filter. | |We are new to the southwest and Phoenix as of June and we immediately realized we needed a water softener and R/O filter due to the hard water here in Arizona. | |Lawson has good ratings and were running a special on Angie's List. The plumber was fairly professional and on time. The only real issues I have were the attention to detail and focus on customer service. After about 9 months my wife and I were considering s new system but before doing this decided to call Lawson to advise we did not think the system was effective. The same plumber came out again, worked with the system for about 45 minutes then realized he had never plugged in a water flow sensor into the water softening device therefore the filter had never regenerated. The plumber didn't advise us our warranty would be extended for another year since it was improperly installed initially. | |Also, the separate faucet installed for the r/o system was and remains somewhat loose. I have tried to tighten myself but because of the leg tank it's difficult if not impossible to reach. | |So overall the system purchased is a high quality value when comparing some of the other high quality offerings out there. We considered what Parker Brothers offered and their quote was far more expensive.

Description of Work: Restored cold water to washing machine. Not sure of specifics as handled by my aunt. But received a very positive report from her with her experience with Lawson Family Plumbing. Also reset her garbage disposal which she was not able to do. There about an hour cleaned up area they worked including pulling out both dryer and washer and cleaning area.

Description of Work: Toilet was leaking at the base. Pulled toilet to replace wax ring, and reset the toilet.I had purchased coupon for $159.00 that would have covered $200.00 plumbing bill. Was less than $159.00, but had to forfeit the difference, in this case,just$10. |We didn't mind that. |Excellent work done,professional and friendly.
