I really don't remember what date it was done but I was very impressed on not only the work but the professionalism. I would definetly recommend them again. THey arrived when they said they would and was done professionaly.

I have been smelling a musty smell in the hall and one of the bedrooms off one off the main bathroom. They were punctional and took their time going over everything. They did not find any water leaks in the house but I did have a leak from the pool. They felt it was possible that I might have a crack or cracks in the vent pipes all which were behind wall so they suggested I call a company to have pressure test & smoke test on sewer system to determine leaks. We also discussed the possibility of a crack in the slab that is letting fumes up from the wet earth under the slab. The ground around the foundation in the area I was smelling was very wet due to the sprinkler system spraying on the wall and because of the rain we have had. I did have the sewer system tested and I did not have any problems. It is good to know that my entire system is OK. It is so refreshing to have a company that was professional and offered many suggestions on things I could do. I will always call this company for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

We purchased a coupon for $200 worth of services for $119. The total of $371 was in addition to the coupon we used. Although Sat and Sun are not considered normal business hours to use these coupons, Lawson's was cool enough to accept ours. thank you. Tony was our service provider and arrived almost 1 hour earlier than the initial 3 hour estimated time frame given to us. He was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job explaining his need to re-configure the previous mess we made in attempting to install a water pressure reducer valve and shut off valve. He provided us an estimate of the services and parts cost and then went to work. Overall, we are happy to not have leaky pipes now and would recommend Lawson's highly for any of your plumbing needs. I saw the add on Angies list and bought the $119 2-hour labor offer from Lawson family plumbing. The plumber arrived on schedule. What bothered me is he told me the worst possible scenario for the toilet and i felt like he was preparing me for a huge expensive job. After he checked it out, he said the only problem was some equipment inside the tank that needed to be replaced. Two hose bibs and the toilet tank replacement cost me $345 + $119 for a total of $464.00 which i believe is excessive. Here is my concern over Angie's list Big Deal providers. You pay the "Deal" in advance and this is the second company that i believe pockets the "Deal" funds and manages to charge you full rate for the work, no savings.

Excellent! Neat, workmanlike installation, practical instruction as to how to use the systems as well. An example: I was away from the house when he was putting in the reverse osmosis faucet and he sent me phone pictures to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted.

These guys arrived on time and were happy to be working on a Saturday. They cleaned up after themselves and did a professional job. I was impressed with their knowledge and insight they had to offer. I like that they are family owned also.

Owner came out himself to look over the job and discuss options. He did call ahead of arriving and did arrive within the appointment window time. The walk out for the job was detailed and he asked a lot of questions to find what system would meet my needs and budget. Although I did opt to go with a different system I would recommend and call this company first for my plumbing needs.

Tony from Lawson Family Plumbing showed up on time, was friendly to my tenant, drained my hot water heater, checked my water softener and reverse osmosis system to see that everything was fine, and he then installed a whole house hot water recycling pump to provide me with hot water quickly. Lawson Family had not advertised for this service; however, another company had but they refused to travel as far as my home is from their company. Since Lawson had provided me with great service previously, I called them and they agreed to give me the exact same service at the same price as the other company.

They were very easy to contact. I was very happy with the work done. The pricing was excellent. I was very happy all around.

They arrived on time and did their work with no problems. It was installed in the time allotted. They also checked a few leaks around the house no extra cost. These guys are great! I highly recommend them.

Found the water heater was leaking in the morning and Jeff was able to come in the afternoon.Jeff was prompt, knowledgable and provided excellent service. He took all the broken stuff away and did a good job of cleaning up. He was willing to give advice on non-related plumbing issues.
