Telephoned before arriving so I knew what was happening and were on time. Did preparation work (including stacking the dryer) then left for about an hour and got supplies. Came back and got done about 14:30. The job was done neat and professional. Tony and Randall were great folks to be around. I would say be nice to have the 10 percent discount listed, thus why the 97 percent score over 100 percent.

They were on time and explained everything to me before they did the work. They gave me an estimate for the additional work that they felt I could benefit from by saving money in the long run for the old parts that I had which needed to be replaced. They gave me additional phone numbers where I could find kitchen faucets that I had to replace. I knew I had to replace it but I did not have one available when they came out because I did not know what I wanted. They provided names of a couple of warehouses that have faucets. They were helpful, informative and knowledgeable.

It went fine and I would use them again.

They were absolutely wonderful and the money we spent was well worth it. They were great. Jeff came out personally and gave us an estimate, talked to us, explained the different options that we could do and left it on us on which route we wanted to go. We went for the hot water option for now but we may have them come back once we are in Arizona and hook it up to the cold water as well.

The service was quick and efficient. They were super nice and very fast.

Lawson family plumbing answered my phone call and made an appointment right away. Jason arrived on time and was very professional. He was friendly with out being intrusive. My building was constructed in 1957 and I'm fairly sure nothing has been changed since then. The stops were difficult to access and corroded. The price included labor and parts; such as braided hoses. I would recommend Lawson.

I was very impressed with the owners (Jeff) response to my inquiry for a water softener install. He was able to identify a solution that I had not considered that saved me time and money. I was disappointed that he was not here when his Tech. actually did the work as he said he would be. While the installer did a good job, a few things did not get the attention I would have liked. The water to my swamp coolers and the washing machines were not turned on when he left, while this was a minor item I was not home when my wife called and told me. I had to interrupt an appointment and drive home to take care of it. Another item was that the old "loop" system was to be removed; since Jeff was not here, the installer did not remove it as was discussed with Jeff. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and quality of work. I was disappointed that Jeff did not follow up to make sure everything went as we had discussed. If the ?little? details had been addressed, I would have given them an A.

They were good. They did charge me more $100 other than big deal amount. I would use them again in the future.

Office personnel and our plumber were prompt and professional. Our plumber did his work quickly and thoroughly; he cleaned everything up when he was done. Everything works beautifully. He even helped us to use our Angie's List discounts to our advantage. I will call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

The plumber showed up on time. Everything went smoothly, except for one of the bathtub faucets wouldn't stop leaking. He stuck with it over and over, eventually pulling out an old torn up o-ring that was at the bottom of the pipes. Once that was out the leaking stopped and we were done.

He showed up in the beginning of the given time window. That's something that doesn't happen to me very often. He was very courteous, polite, and informative of what he was doing. Installed the new unit in very little time. Did a great job. It was exactly what a paying customer expects. I apologize, I do not remember what the final price was. It was an Angie's List special and it was a great deal.

Mike was awesome. Not only was he on time and professional, but he was great at explaining each and every step and showed me everything that needed to be done. He had to leave to pick up a part to complete the repair and took down his ladder since my two young daughters were home. Later, when testing his repairs to make sure the tub was no longer leaking, he had to fill it full of water and plug the drain. Before going downstairs, he made sure I knew the tub was full of water and wanted to make sure my daughters didn't go near the bathroom. He cleaned up the mess involved in the repairs to the point you couldn't even tell he had been there. I was very impressed with how it was more than just about the work to be done, but he went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my daughters and to provide excellent customer service, something that is lacking with many service providers these days.

Michael was very professional and took the time to explain our new R/O system and gave us some good suggestions. We are so happy with this system and will be using Lawson Family Plumbing in the near future. I give them an A plus !

I called last week and spoke with Jim. I made an appointment for Wednesday, May 22. Jim said Mike would be doing the work. Mike showed up exactly on time, was very professional, competent, and responsive to my needs. He installed the RO system without trying to get me to purchase the RO system from Lawson which was very nice. I asked about a water softener and he explained all the information about how water softeners worked and the benefits. He also discussed some of my issues with water softeners. I would definitely use this company again as I am very pleased with their work.

We had bought a new dishwasher and when they went to install it they were unable to turn off the water. Due to the hard water we have the shutoff valve was corroded open and unable turn at all. They were very responsive and came out the next day and had the valve replaced very quickly with a better valve. We had used them before when we moved into the house and the washer hose was corroded onto the faucett. They were responsive on that call and although he had a very hard time also getting the hose off of the faucett it was a very positive experience.

Lawson's were excellent on the phone and were able to come on a Saturday AM following the Friday kitchen counter install. The plumber arrived promptly and installed everything. Later in the day I noticed something that I was not pleased with and gave them a call. They asked to return on Monday and I could not be available. They did arrive first thing on Tuesday and set things right at no additional charge. They were very professional in all of my dealings.

I cannot say enough good things about the Lawson Family Plumbing company's service and efficiency. I am so glad I joined Angie's list. I would recommend them very highly to anyone.

No major work was done, but satisfied with their service. Will use this company again in the future.

Very professional. Courteous. Job well done. Would definitely use them again! The repairman took the time to explain to me how I could make a disposal last longer and what to do at the first appearance of problems. Work done perfectly and work area left clean.

Our two outside faucets were not leaking constantly, but when we ran the hose to them, water poured out from all different directions excessively. (It seemed that the water was coming from the top of the faucet more so than where the hose was hooked up.) In fact, we had placed a large bucket under one faucet because so much extra water was pouring out, we worried it would affect the ground and foundation near the house. We tried to adjust the hose to ensure it was connected properly, but the problem seemed to stem from the faucet rather than the hose or the hose connection. I contacted Lawson Plumbing over the weekend to request someone come out. I did not believe it was an emergency, so we scheduled the appointment within a couple days when I could be available. Mike showed up and was extremely friendly, professional, and timely. He evaluated the problem with both faucets, made a slight adjustment on each, and charged me only for the service call (which I was happy to pay!). I was embarrassed that the problem was so easy to fix, but I am not a plumber and had no idea what to do. (I almost felt as though I wasted Mike's time having him come out for something that seemed so simple!) I usually hate having to deal with individuals in trades such as plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, etc., because I do not know enough to know whether they are being truthful about the extent of repairs needed. However, I GREATLY appreciated that Mike (as a representative of Lawson) was honest and did not try to gouge me by telling me I needed to replace the entire faucet assembly. I will absolutely contact Lawson for any plumbing needs I have in the future and will enthusiastically recommend them to others needing plumbing services. They seem to understand the importance of honest, professional customer service and the effect it has on generating repeat business.

Jason was great, he fixed the leak by installing new parts on each valve. Several other handyman types had failed to fix the problem so we were very happy that Jason could fix the problem. He got it done quickly and the price was good!

They were sent by a home repair insurance company I had at the time. The $55 I paid was the copay. I would call Lawson directly in the future. They had to return once to complete the job. They were competent, courteous and professional.

I had three other plumbing companies out here and it was going to be too much trouble for them to find all the little pieces and parts needed for these projects, so none of them got back to me. Lawson Plumbing did a great job. He was here all doing the work. It was all at a very fair price.

I could not be happier with the service I received with Lawson Family plumbing. About a year ago I had Jeff come out to inspect an existing water softener. I had just purchased my home and money was very tight. Jeff was able to get the water softer in working condition and said I would have about a year of life with it now. Last month the softer died and I called Jeff. He came out and gave me a quote on a new one. It was a fair price. During the installation Jess personally came over to make sure the job was being done to my satisfaction. During my installation I asked him some plumbing questions/issues I was having in the house. Jeff was able to quickly fix the issues without evening charging me. A few weeks after the installation of the new softener, it started making a very loud noise during one of its cycles. I called Jeff and he came out the same day and fixed the issue immediately. We have had the softer now for about 2 months I can't stop raving. Our water feels so much softer, we are using less soap, and there isn?t a smell to the water anymore. I am very pleases with Lawson Family Plumbing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great and honest plumber.
