I called in the morning and a plumber was here very quickly. We had installed a new dishwasher and when we turned the water off under the sink to install the valve stuck so I didn't have water in the kitchen. A few weeks later we called because our rental had an issue with there plumbing when they returned after being out of town for a few weeks. Quick response time. I would recommend and hire again.

Great. My plumbing tech was named Chris and he did a fantastic job. He was prompt, knowledgeable, good customer service skills and took the extra time to make sure everything was done correctly. If I had a question he took the time to answer without making me feel like I was bothering him. Chris is a great representative for Lawson Family Plumbing. I would hire them again and would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the job and the price. A very nasty dirty job was done with a smile and in a timely manner.

We had several "experts" out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test--more than once! The "experts" were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted. We wanted to sell the house but it was impossible with the bad odors. After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. They did what the other "experts" did, but better. They found three or four MAJOR issues the others completely missed. The house is now free of the sewer smells. This was an expensive project--once they find pipe breaks with a smoke test, they have to repair the pipes then do the smoke test again, but they charged a discounted rate for the second and third test. In all, they had to jackhammer the kitchen floor and dig down 3 feet to dig out the kitchen drain line (they refilled the hole and repoured the concrete slab), replace all the drain line from the sink past the 90 degree angle turn, and cut a couple holes in the drywall to get at other pipes, reset a toilet, and redo a vent pipe that went through the roof, among other things. The price tag was big (Tim said we won the prize for "most pipe breaks"), but without this work the house was unrentable and unsellable. Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on. I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

Nick was very professional and friendly. He gave me options of repairing or replacing the hot water heater. In the end, I decided to replace. It looks and works great. The price paid was for the heater and installation, which was an Angie's deal. I also had an extra cost to run PVC from drain pan out exterior wall.

Fix was done working well no more leaks

Recently, my auto-level filler piping setup also known as a backflow preventer valve pressure vacuum breaker, started leaking quite a bit. I called my home warranty and they said they did not cover it but could recommend a pool company. I asked home warranty if this was not covered under plumbing and they said no. I decided to call Lawson. As always, they came out to do a free estimate. And they were able to provide an estimate and do the fix a day later. The technicians in their employ have always been professional and amiable. They provide good answers to the problem at hand and give me confidence in their skills. I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I have been using Lawson Family Plumbing since about 2013. When my home warranty said it was not covered and they could recommend a pool company, to me, this seemed more like a plumbing issue and I would prefer a plumbing company instead of a pool company. I did learn from the Lawson technician though that some piping for landscaping is better handled by landscapers and/or pool companies. I am glad Lawson was able to do the job. It looks great and I am confident in their work.

It went well. He had to cut into the dry wall to weld. He explained that I would need to get the dry wall repaired because they dont do that. He explained everything

When it comes to plumbing, you really do not need a plumber until you actually need a plumber....and boy did I need one! I went out to my garage in the morning and found my floor all wet from a broken 34-year old water heater. Well I turned off my water and then went back in the house to research who to call up. I saw Lawson Family Plumbing had all 5 stars and I love supporting local family businesses so called them up. My call was at 9:50 on a Saturday, the tuck pulled up to my house at noon and by 2:00 not only did I have a new water heater installed but I also had him replace a leaky hose faucet on the side of my house! The price seemed reasonable, the service was outstanding, and even the nice lady I talked to to make the appointment made me feel like I was their top priority and they were happy to help me out. I was charged exactly what she quoted me over the phone and even though I was bracing myself for what seems to be the inevitable "boy, we were not counting on that" the original quote was good (of course there was the extra charge for the faucet replacement). I am a HUGE believer in customer service and I sure did get a whole lot of it today. This number is going in my phone as my permanent go-to plumber (even though I hope to never have to need an emergency plumber again).

I'd got a quote from another "Family" plumbing place and when Lawson called I assumed it was them and asked them to come do the work. The PRV was $25 cheaper but then the faucet was $105 more. The faucet and vacuum breaker only cost ~$30. They guy did both the PRV and faucet in less than 45 minutes. My mistake for misunderstanding who was calling but I feel grossly overcharged; even with his "discounted" rate.

The service, quality of work and professionalism was outstanding. They assessed the problem quickly, discussed solutions with me in a clear way and went right to work to get it fixed. I’d HIGHLY recommend this company if you have plumbing issues! They have a customer for life now.

All went very well, except for kitchen faucet which we are still working on.

Last service call was on Wednesday the 19th. of December, 2018 to install new faucet. Everything went well and quickly. Kitchen sink clogged on Sunday, December 22nd. Called and requested emergency response around 11:00 A.M. Never heard back from them. Called back several times got the answering service and left another message. More calls ended with now answer or busy signal. Called again 09:15 answering service didn't know anything about it. A request for service was met with a response that didn't have anyone available today. So if you're in a bind and need Immediate help don't bother calling them.

Excellent customer service! I highly recommend. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service, the highly descriptive invoices that include pictures, the attention to detail by Darrell, and the quality of work by Darrell and Kevin. I decided to call them for a second estimate for plumbing improvements after seeing the volume of their positive Yelp feedback. Darrell was able to inspect the very next day. They were able to schedule the work the same week while I had time off. Their estimates were competitive with other places that I called. They performed a lot of work in a single day. They installed a new kitchen faucet (which I purchased myself). They replaced the plumbing under the sink which you could tell from looking at was originally weird. They rebuilt the toilets. They installed a Pressure Regulating Valve off the Main line. They replaced a cartridge in the tub faucet. They installed new emergency shut off valves. They added little touches at no charge like replacing the pop up drain assemblies. They also included a 1 year Plumbing Protection Plan at no extra charge. It has been almost 4 months since the improvements and everything is working great.
