We received excellent services, Very good experience with this company.

That turned out well. I had them tear out a bathtub due to the drain line. That had to be replaced and it took them 2 days to complete that work. They drilled into the cement slab, replaced the piping and put the new tub as well as replacing the new slab and wall around the tub. Two plumbers worked both days.

The Technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained what he needed to do to diagnose the problem, then explained clearly what needed to be replaced and provided the cost before he proceeded. I would definitely use this provider in the future.

A very nice man answered the phone right away and the plumber arrived at my house in about an hour. Matt took a look at the problem and got right to work. He did a thorough job and cleaned up after the work was done. I will call this company again if I need a plumber.

We called Lawson's to come out and give us an estimate to fix our sink. They were on time but after the plumber looked at our sink-he quoted us a price of $600!! Thinking that was outrageous-I called another plumber on Angie's list and got the exact job done plus extra work for only $265.00! They are way over-priced! I hate to say this but I will never call Lawson's Family Plumbing again and I have told my friends about my experience.

The heater is over ten years old but has been on "vacation" mode part of each year and the house has a water demineralizing system. The technician came out within a couple of days, checked everything out, and indicated the heater was working and there were no apparent problems. He took pictures of the heater so that they could be responsive if we needed a new one. There were no additional charges. After talking to the technician, we feel comfortable about the tank for another year or two.

I had a leak in the main water line coming into our house. The leak was at the joint where they convert the PVC coming from the street to the copper going into the house. Our house is about 20 years old. I called Lawson on Sunday morning about 8:30 am. Phone was promptly answered. Their tech was tied up on a hot water heater job but they called us several times to let us know their status. Their tech arrived about 2pm, had the leak fixed by about 4pm including travel time to get some parts. The tech from Lawson, Matt, had a pretty good idea what was leaking before he started. He repaired the leak, putting in new copper and PVC fittings, did a nice job, took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The charge for the repair was $280, very reasonable, especially for a Sunday. I would definitely use them again.

We've had Lawson's plumbing to our house 3 times. They always do a great job! When the shower they repaired began leaking a few months later, they replaced the cartridge free of charge. Extremely fair priced - they beat other quotes we received!

We received excellent service. They contacted us in less than 24 hours after we left a message for them. They arrived when they said they would. They never gave the impression they were rushing through the job cause it was after 5:00pm and some people want to go home at this time. They explained everything they were doing so I wasn't in the dark. Very good experience with this company.

They installed a new garbage disposal at a good price. I have some difficult tenants (worse than some homeowners!) and they were able to accommodate her with no issues.

I called Lawson Family Plumbing on 2 separate occasions. The first time was to inspect my water softener. Michael came out and inspected the unit. Rather than trying to sell me another unit, he was able to repair the drain line leak. Very happy to possibly get another several years from the unit. I also received an estimate for installation of ball shut off valve in main water line. I had one already but I needed one that would still allow my irrigation to run if the shut off valve was in use. Michael came out again 2 days later and did the work, and even let me watch him work. I would readily call them for future projects and in fact recommended them to my neighbor.

Matt arrived on-time and was very professional and courteous. He flushed the water heater which was about 7 years old, but it didn't really have any sediment in it (we have a water softener, so that's probably why). However, it's a good thing he DID flush it because in checking it over, he discovered that only the top heating element was working and the old owners, perhaps knowing this, had cranked the water temp up to a scalding 150 degrees!!! Geez. We had him put in a new element and a new thermostat, then turn down the water to a normal 120...wow. As for the "drip" in the wall, turned out that it was only happening when the hot water was on and only in one sink in the MB. He listened intently and smiled and told us it wasn't drip at all. Whew! It is a common sound that some hot water pipes make as they expand on heating up. Sometimes the holes that they are inserted through in the walls are too tight, or the straps they are secured with are too tight, and they move making ticking or "dripping" noises. Good to know! He also inspected our valves throughout the house, making comments and adjusting our MB toilet valve for free. No up-sell on anything, just suggestions. I later emailed back to ask some questions about our water softening systems (they didn't install it) and how to clean it and got Jeff Lawson himself calling me on a Saturday night! Now how many plumbers do you know who would respond like that??? Not many is the answer. But Lawson's in awesome...that should be their tag line! We've found our plumbers for good. Unreal service, super knowledgeable and not out to gouge anyone, but to help and educate.

The tech called me and told me he was on his way to look at the icemaker water valve leak. He was very professional and courteous. The valve was tightened and he gave me 2 estimates for furture work if needed. If I have another plumbing probelm I will certainly call this company

The office contacted me in less than 24 hours, set up my appointment and then the plumber showed up to do the work. He was on time, kept the whole area clean, was professional, and quick. I'd use Lawson Family Plumbing again for sure!!!!

I needed garbage disposal replaced. The Lawson Family Plumbing company was offering a deal through Angie's list for $195. I made the purchase through Angie's list website and was contacted by the plumbing company shortly there after. I scheduled the installation and asked for the toilet to be inspected as there were problems with the tank. I was not present when the tech arrived but he was with in the window of time they provided. The tech installed the new garbage disposal and inspected the toilet. He was able to adjust something on the toilet and did that with out an additional charge. The tech contacted me by phone to explain what he did. Good transaction.

It went really well. The whole house filter took a while for them to get in, but all of the installation when well and we have been very happy with the work.
