Excellent, the technician was on time and friendly, completed the job quickly, and the price was very good. I have used a well-known plumbing company in the past but Lawson was better. From setting the appointment to getting the job done was very professional and customer-friendly.

This was the first time using Lawson Family Plumbing and I will definitely use again. This is a family run business and is very responsive. I called in the early afternoon to have someone fix a leaky water line running from my RO system to my refrigerator. They had someone there by 3:00 and had the problem fixed and out the door within 30 minutes. They are very friendly and very responsive.

I started using Lawson Family Plumbing 2 years ago when I bought my home. Since then, they've handled everything from clogged drains to disassembling and reassembling kitchen fixtures during a remodel and fixing exterior problems the house inspector missed. They've always been dependable, knowledgable, professional, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate their taking the time to educate me and answer my questions. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Our house had the original supply valves and pressure regulator (20 years old) and the supply valve had been installed too close to the ground when the house was built and was corroded to where you could not turn it off. You also could not shut-off the water to the house without shutting off the water to the landscaping. Called on Wednesday morning and they offered to schedule a free estimate that afternoon but due to my schedule, had to wait until Saturday. They called when they were on the way and arrived on time. Provided free estimate and explained what needed to be done. The technician was thorough and courteous in explaining everything. He had time to do the job that same morning so he went to retrieve the necessary parts because the size of pipe involved was not something he had stocked on his truck. He was back pretty quick and went right to work. The old valve work was the original plumbing and it took some doing to get it cut out. He even replaced the back flow preventer for the hose that had corroded over the years. The new work was clean and gave us the ability to shut-off the water for the house if needed while letting the landscape supply stay on, or shut off separately.

Daryl and Tony came promptly at 9 a.m. and all work was done in about 4 hours. The quality of work was excellent and meticulous. They were professional and pleasant to have in my home. Their pricing was fair and competitive and the estimate they gave the week prior was NO charge, unlike some other companies. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

It went great!! After discovering my water heater had failed and was leaking all over the garage, my home warranty service provider wanted to make the repair a two day process--one day to come out and confirm the water heater had failed, then another to bring a new one out to install. I had previously gotten a quote from Lawson Family Plumbing for a hot water recirculator, so, I called them at 10:00 and they were out--with a new water heater--by 4:00. The front office worked hard to re-arrange their schedule to fit us in and managed to do it without dropping us into the "emergency call" time frame. Kudos to them!! Nick, our Lawson technician, arrived within the assigned time and had the new water heater and recirculator installed within a couple of hours. Nick was fast, friendly and fair--explaining all the new regulations and codes to upgrade our unit. He even wore booties when he came in the house. We will definitely use Lawson Family Plumbers in the future for our plumbing needs!

The plumber showed up when he said he would, and was able to complete the work in a couple of hours. Everything works and nothing leaks!

Called Lawson after figuring out that my disposal needed to be replaced and I also tried to install a kitchen faucet myself. In doing my research for bids, most other companies were not open on weekends and the couple that I did get ahold of didn't anything do until Monday and I just got the general feeling that the other people I called were not really concerned with my issue. From the moment I spoke with Lawson, it was obvious they were happy to help me and flexible in getting someone out. They had someone here within my timeframe and schedule. My disposal was replaced, my faucet installed, the needed repairs taken care of and everything is done! price wise, they were somewhat competitive to the other bids I got, the difference being that Lawson had a professional to my house quickly and I received friendly service both over the phone and when tech showed up. (vs the other places where I felt like they didn't really care to earn my business, and more importantly, fix my issue quickly!) I would recommend Lawson to anyone in a heartbeat and you should not hesitate to call them if you need plumbing services! Extra bonus - Kevin had plastic booties on his shoe before I even opened the door, so no tracking in dirt into my house. I don't know how many times I had other contractors work on something in the house and they see that I don't wear shoes in my house but either don't care or don't pay attention. It's good to see people take notice of the little things, devil is in the details after all.

Had a leak in my water main. Called them and set a time for the next day. The service tech called to let me know he was on his way. Showed up on time, did the work needed and was gone in an hour. This is the second time I used this company, I will use them next time. Very competent.

Nick came out and removed old toilet and installed new one. Work was efficient and prompt and merchant gave me cost reduction in total cost with credit for past services performed, which is greatly appreciated. Confusion did result on my part due to past Angie's voucher that didn't indicate redeemed causing me to believe it was still valid, which it was not due to being previously used. Even with this confusion, Lawson Family Plumbing was extremely professional and worked with me. I'm very pleased and will certainly continue future business with them. :)

Nick was on time (early in fact), personable and very happy to give me discounts because I am an Angie's List subscriber. He also performed some plumbing fine tuning in other areas for no charge. What I really liked was how informative he was about all the complexities of plumbing, like water pressure and valve types. All the work looked beautiful after he finished and I'm satisfied that he used the best materials. I've been looking for a plumber to call when needed and have not been very satisfied with the several I've hired over the years. Now I know I have a terrific plumbing company to go to when trouble strikes. What a comfort.

Nick had to come back multiple times as we demoed the old tub, patched the floor, had our floors polished, and installed the tile surround. Very understanding, patient and flexible.We also had an emergency water leak under the kitchen sink and he responded quickly to repair it for a reasonable cost.

Experience and repair were high quality. Service set up was fast. Repairman was prompt and professional.

Robert pointed out the water bubble on the ceiling most likely due to a clogged AC condensation line as there was much moisture just below the AC handler unit. Robert mentioned if there was a slab leak I would start to see grout start to separate between tiles. I was relieved to find out this was not a slab leak issue. When I asked how much I owed him, I was surprised to hear there was no charge - Their is no charge for their estimates. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I would no doubt call Lawson Family plumbing again.

This was an exceptional experience. My house is 50 years old and full of surprises and the job turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated. Nick was determined to come up with a solution and by the end of the day, all was well and at a very reasonable price. Nick is very professional, interested in a quality completion of the job and obviously takes pride in his work. I felt totally comfortable having him in our home. He explained what he had done, how to limit the risk of future problems and the places he worked were spotless when he left. I will call Larson again when I need plumbing service and will recommend them to my friends. I wouldn't say that about most service providers I've dealt with.

We have recently switched from a company which we used for the last two years and is very popular on Angie's List after finding that after the most current price quote was nearly double that of a competitor. We chose to look elsewhere and found Lawson Family Plumbing. Jason quoted us on a new hot water heater and whole house water conditioner. Their pricing was competitive so we chose to have him do the work. He showed up on time and worked diligently in the heat until the tasks were completed. He ran into a challenge regarding the drainage for the water conditioner which he re-routed away from the house. He also addressed a semi-clogged drain in the bathroom tub which was a last minute request. He didn't charge an additional fee for the extra work on the water conditioner drainage. We just moved into this home so I had many questions which he patiently and thoroughly answered. It was a breath of fresh air to have a plumber come in, do a thorough job and not play a pricing game for the last half hour. So far I am very pleased with their service and would recommend.

I decided to buy a water heater from Home Depot instead because I have a friend who knows how to install them. My friend helped me, and it save me several hundred dollars. Normally, I would have just hired the plumber to do it, but I needed to save money this month.

Matt was great. Showed up early, which was awesome. Completed the work quickly and was friendly when answering all of my questions. The company picked up the phone on a sunday and sent the technician out that same day. Very pleased.

The service tech was friendly, on time, and professional. He visually inspected the exterior and flushed the tank. The tank did leak after the flush for a couple months but stopped on its own. Also, I order the maintenance because I thought it would include a sacrificial rod inspection. I wanted to see if mine needed replacing and then get that done as well. The sacrificial rod was not inspected but also I didn't push the matter either.

Lawson Plumbing Showed up on time and were professional as always, they removed the old tank, cleaned the area, updated the gas line and water supply lines, took the old tank with them and cleaned the whole area when finished. Lawson Plumbing to me is the best in the area, I have used them for all of my plumbing updating of a house I purchased last February, 2014

He installed the disposal and completed the work in a professional manner. The toilet was repaired and didn't need to be replaced so that made me very happy.

They came out on a Saturday and did not charge me extra for weekend work. Plumber was prompt, courteous, efficient and competent. He even e-mailed me the receipt and photo of repairs. Five Stars!

They were extremely helpful arranging the appointment with our tenants, and calling us with estimates to get approval before performing the work. On the second visit, which was clearly an accident on the part of the tenant, they arrived quickly and cleared the blockage. They told us since we had so many repairs just the week before, there would be no charge for this second visit! We were very pleased and will use them again when we need a plumber.
