Easy and courteous scheduling of the work to be performed on a day when I could be available. Cost was quoted on their website, and verified on phone when scheduling the work. Installer called when he was en route, and arrived about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Installer assessed the job, collected information and photos of the old water heater, and began work. He drained and removed the old water heater, cleaned up the space, and installed the new water heater. Installation included a drip pan, and a new inlet valve. Installation looks neat and of very good quality. Water heater cost was higher than one would find at one of the big box home stores, but it appears to be of a higher (commercial) quality, and the energy efficiency label shows its energy use is at the lowest end of the energy consumption scale. Total removal and installation time, including time for payment, was less than 90 minutes. Within minutes of the transaction, I had a text with an attached receipt. Later received 2 emails - one with invoice data about the equipment supplied and the services performed (including before-and-after photos). The other was a copy of the credit card transaction. I was very pleased with the services provided, would recommend Larson Family Plumbing, and would call them again.

Plumber needed to come 2x to do job. Failed to switch out shower fixtures as instructed. No Angie's list of veterans discount.

Everything went great! Blake did a great job on this project. Scheduling was very easy (everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice!) and Blake showed up on time. All inspections passed with flying colors and every care was taken in keeping the landscaping in good shape when we had to trench across the front yard. Ended up paying a little more that the quote only because of an unexpected concrete slab in the way of where the water line was supposed to go (that's construction for you!) Even with that set back, the price was above and beyond better than everyone else that quoted and the quality of work is fantastic. I will be using Lawson for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone else needing a plumber.

Greg (our tech) did a great job from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and on time. The price I received matched their online pricing (no surprises or upcharges!). All in all, I'm very happy I did business with them and I will definitely contact them for future plumbing needs.

It went extremely well. Aubry was very professional on the phone. At first all they had was an after hours appointment that would have cost an additional $65.00. However, she called me around 2 p.m. when something opened up and saved us that $65.00 charge. Darrell, the installer was also extremely professional and knowledgeable . He showed up on time , cleaned up after himself and explained the new system to me. I'll give them an " extremely satisfied" rating...a "10". Would definetly use them for other plumbing issues. They were on time and the price was what was quoted and agreed to over the phone. There was an electrical issue so they were unable to finish the job until I got that resolved. They called back a few days later to make sure everything was working okay and that there were no problems.

Why is it impossible to communicate with Angie's List to correct their errors?

The service tech was early (after calling to make sure it was ok to be), polite, knowledgeable and most of all, helpful. After surveying the job, we realized that it was not what I was thinking it to be. Something I could easily fix on my own. Instead of trying to gouge me financially and create a problem that wasn't there, he showed me the error and was on his way. We will definitely be using this company for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Have hired this company twice. Their work is excellent. However, on this last project, Lawson Family Plumbing was hired to do 2 hours of works for $159 (this was an offer on Angie's List). We called the company to verify that the work could be done. However, when the plumber arrived - the story changed. We were now going to be charged via each individual item, not per hour. We ended up paying double the expected price for only the 2 outside hose connections. Lawson Family plumbing wanted to charge ANOTHER $450 to replace the 2 bathroom faucets.

Very well Got a call that Technition was on his way and would be at my home in about half hour. Technition arrived and assessed the problem told me what would be needed to fix it and did the work. Within a vry short amount of time he showed me the pat that was broken , he replaced it and showed me that the shower now works fine. Very professional and very informative. I truly recommend this company.

It was great! They came on time. The job was done super fast. I already had the toilet valve so they just need it to replace it because the knob was to tight for me to unscrew by myself. They charged $125 for it. The cool thing was because the job was so quick I just asked them to look at my kitchen sink handler. It hasn't worked in 3 years and it took him just a few min and boom done! No extra charge! Good man!

WONDEFUL. I will recommend this company to all. They were punctual, professional and honest. I was quoted from another company a very costly repair (roots). It was not roots, just old toilets. Much easier on my budget and a wonderful and refreshing surprise. I appreciated the honesty and the options that were given to me for the repair.

It was wonderful from the moment I called to schedule an appointment (same day service) until the end of the transaction. Tony was very professional and respectful. The bill was very reasonable. All in all a very positive experience. I have already recommended this company to two of my friends.

I called just before 10 p.m. on a Friday night. The scheduler said they could be here in the morning between 8 and 11. at 7:50 a.m. I got a call and Kevin was here by 8:15. Kevin was prompt and courteous. He quickly explained the work that needed to be done and got right to it. We were back up and running in less than two hours. The price was fair. He also had a recommendation for the repair work that would need to be done because of water damage.

AMAZING!! Cannot say enough good things about these folks! When I came home to a plumbing emergency at 8:30 on a Sunday-- they actually answered their phone, talked me through shutting off my water and had a plumber here within the hour!!! The plumber was very efficient and friendly and solved my emergency quickly. He also guided me through the steps to fix all of the damage. They will be my go to plumbers from now on!! :-)

After some initial communication challenges, Jason stepped in and immediately resolved the problem. Michael completed the job within an hour and did an outstanding job. Very customer focused company.

Wonderful experience. I'm new to the area and relied on Angies List. Robert called and arrived early. It was a simple problem that just took a few minutes. He didn't charge me for the service. For that kindness, I will call them whenever I have a problem. Robert was friendly and even told me about places to visit to see the best AZ has to give.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Not only did they advise me of something I did not know needed to be tended to but had a coupon for the service. Regularly $99 coupon for $59. They came and did the job in no more than 30 minutes. The best part my heater was OK and they didn't try to sell me anything. I so appreciated that. Can not recommend Lawson high enough.

Job completed as expected. Will use Lawson Family Plumbing again.
