Description of Work: They put in a water softener. Unfortunately here were a lot of added costs to run the lines needed to just soften the water that we wanted softened. This was not the contractor's fault, but it was a shocker to spend an additional $900. I was not aware of all of the potential considerations depending on the way the house was initially plumbed.

Description of Work: I had the serviceman come to look at my water softener. Michael was very professional and showed me what was wrong and gave me options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable, but my only complaint is that he did not contact me informing me he was going to be late. He did apologize, and all worked out after that.
