 + -1 moreThis is the second time we have had Kat Klean wash our windows and they did such a great job last time we will probably have them come once a year. They cleaned and vacuumed the door tracks and washed off our patio. But the best part is how they cleaned the screens to our windows it was an amazing job and of course the windows are perfect too. Tom Erdman , the Owner is a very nice Man always on time and they worked so hard. His fees are so reasonable it's amazing.

 + -1 moreHe came in a timely manner on a SATURDAY because we could not give him a better date during the week and he didn't want us to wait a long time to have the windows washed. He came without his assistant because she was off on Saturday, but he did all the windows himself with no problem. For many of the windows he was on an extension ladder outside. When he cleaned 3 large windows on the second floor from the inside due to a two story living room, he was very careful how he positioned his ladder so as not to cause any wall damage. We could not have been happier with the service. We will always use this provider and we have already scheduled him for 6 months from now!

Description of Work: What an excellent job they did inside and out. Cleaned the screens like I didn't think they could be cleaned. Friendly and worked hard and cleaned up their mess. Great experience plan to use them every 6 months.

 + -1 moreThey quoted around $200. The guy was out of town when I needed the work done, but he didn't mind giving me an estimate anyhow after he got back. He was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Description of Work: Kat Klean Windows gave me a quote for window cleaning, take the screens off, clean them and wash them, then vacuum the window sills and put everything back then.

 + -1 moreHe cleaned the screens like no one else has ever done. I had thought I was going to have to replace some of them, but he got them clean again.
Description of Work: Tom Erdman cleans the windows like no one I've ever seen. The windows are still clean. I don't know what he uses, but they stay clean longer. He cleans the windows inside and outside. He also cleans the screens and tracks. I had someone before who used to clean the windows at Sky Harbor Airport and I thought he was good, but Tom surpasses him.
