Description of Work: Lance and his team did a great job on both my back and front yard. I had to have the whole irrigation system replaced in the back yard and extensive work on the front as well. Great communication and prompt on-time service. Very dependable and I would definitely use again. Lance made everything very clear as to where all my leaks were coming from and how he planned to remedy the problem. Very trustworthy company to deal with.

Description of Work: He did not perform any irrigation tune up, just walked around and identified a list of repaired with estimate, and I paid around $90 for tune up but he didn't perform any tune up.

Description of Work: My drip and sprinkler systems were not working. I was not sure what the issue was. It was a quick fix, I was shown how everything worked and what was possibly wrong. Within about an hour all was fixed at our new home and it cost less than I had feared. Excellent service, very professional.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal for $115 for a one-hour sprinkler system service call which was to include checking system, identifying causes of concern, and providing an estimate. Lance arrived on time, inspected our situation and told us we needed to have a plumber repair our water line feeding the sprinkler. He was there about a half hour and he did not invoice us for that call. I assumed it would be included in his final invoice. We had Coyote Plumbing out to inspect the water line and give us an estimate, which they did at no cost to us. Once they completed that work, we called IRS and scheduled the job. Lance returned and it soon became apparent that the repair was going to be more extensive than we thought. There was miscommunication and misunderstanding on the $115 we'd already paid, as I assumed that would cover his original visit and estimate, but since he was only there a half hour, we'd receive some credit toward the actual work. After it became clear that we were not going to have a happy resolution, I decided not to have him do any work at this time. He went to his truck, presumably to leave, but he returned with a check for $50, the difference between his $65 service call and the $115 we'd paid. | |So we agreed to disagree and in the end I think he was fair, though not very clear on explaining his fee and how the Angie's Deal would work. We'd have been better off not buying the Deal as that just complicated things.

Description of Work: Installed a new sprinkler box and showed my husband how to use it. He changed sprinklers that weren't working.

Description of Work: Lance arrived promptly as scheduled. Answered all questions and completed work fast. Will use his services again in the near future. Thank you Lance my grass is very happy!!

Description of Work: Lance replaced one of my irrigation controllers. Scheduling was easy , the work was done quickly. He did not have the controller on him but he went and got it very quickly. He made sure that the new controller was programmed and tested before he left.

Description of Work: Reviewed all systems to determine cause of the issue. Was also very helpful explaining how the system worked. Called promptly to set up our appt and called to follow up. Great job!
