+ -1 moreWhat kind of business, whose whole business is renting homes in established communities, cares so little about being a good neighbor? I can only imagine how they treat their Tenants. If you read other reviews of Invitation Homes on the BBB and other review websites, you have your answer. They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau (which should be a red flag to anyone who is a prospective customer), and they have a 97% negative rating on the BBB website! I would avoid this company if you are considering renting from Invitation Homes or using them for your Property Management company. God help you if you are a neighbor of someone who does and you have an issue!
Description of Work: Invitation Homes has complete disregard for the neighbors of their Tenants. The current neighbor I have is a Tenant of Invitation Homes, and he is the worst neighbor I have ever had. Imagine your neighbor from ****? It's this guy. I have contacted Invitation Homes multiple times by phone and e-mail to help resolve this issue, and they won't respond. The next step is writing letters to their President/CEO and the rest of their Board. Unfortunately, Invitation Homes only cares about what so many big businesses care about nowadays...getting $$$$!
