+ -1 moreI couldn't have asked for a better or higher quality job. This job was large, labor intensive and somewhat technically challenging. I had many special requirements that I personally wanted such as the TPO underlayment (not very conventional) and TPO welded flashing. Darren and his crew showed up every day with a plan for what was to be accomplished for that day. And they got it done. The job took a few days longer than originally anticipated but the end result was worth it. I got the best roof I could have asked for at a significantly better price than the big companies wanted to do this job. I highly recommend Darren and Incredible Roofs LLC.
Description of Work: Reroof 3600 sf roof: This included the following: 1) Remove 3600 sf existing concrete spanish tile 2) Completely strip asphalt shingle roof and underlayment 3) Bring in a construction dumpster 4) Replace approximately 10 sheets of deteriorated plywood 5) Replace approximately 225 liner feet of deteriorated facia board and trim 6) Install high quality welded seam TPO roofing material, TPO flashing and valley flashing and all new vents (I wanted it this way) 7) Install new batting (wooden strips that the concrete tiles sit on...I think that's what they are called) 8) Reinstall all the concrete tiles 9) Complete clean-up of the area 10) Remove dumpster

Incredible Roofs LLC offers the following services: Incredible roofs prefers to use quality long lasting materials. For flat and low sloped roofs I prefer to use single ply (TPO) because it is no maintenace and it welds to the edge metal where other roofs fail. For sloped I'm skilled in many types of roofs: shingles, shakes, tile (clay and concrete), and sheet metal. Repairs: tile,flat,foam and all types. Maitenace: We also offer roof cleaning. coatings and solor panel cleaning to ensure top performance. roof certications and roof inpection
I do not install or recommend foam or rolled roofing. There is much better and less expensive alternatives.
Using tar or mastic is not a permanet solution,so you won't see it on my roofs.
