The technician was very professional and personable. He identified the problem, installed the new part, and completed the work within a matter of few minutes. Parts and labor charges were very reasonable, no hidden charges or surprises. Will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

I'm used to paying more, just for having a home visit. Their very competent and pleasant man came out at a busy time, during a heat wave, to find my problems fairly easy to solve, and charged me, not what they might have made at a larger job, but for the easier work they actually did. ...not used to that! I'm a happy future customer!!

The tech that showed up was awesome. He walked me through everything he was doing to diagnose the problem, and when he determined the issue, he explained exactly what he was doing to fix it. Once he was complete, he waited to make sure everything was running smoothly and that there were no other issues.

The work they did on me project was excellent. The technicn was very informative in explaining that i had a bad part. He called his owner and they the manufacturer of the unit i purchased. They gave me discount on the part and total price. I was so please i signed up for a one year plan. I would highly recommend this company to any of you clients that are looking for an AC company.
