I had another company come out and looking at my AC units, not only did the other company quote a much higher price, they didn't even do a very good job of cleaning the system. High Efficiency showed me what they missed and replaced my motor under warranty. The other company didn't even tell me I had a warranty. If that was not enough, the owner himself went to get a new motor and brought it to my house for the technician to install same day! You will not find a more honest company in the valley
