Customer service and support was excellent. Gus the owner kept me informed and ensured Service Technician would be great. Dave arrived and immediately walked me through the steps to troubleshoot the issues to identify what needed service and repair. Dave and Company were professional and customer oriented. There were no haggling or sales for extra service or unnecessary work, which says a lot on these professionals. My family enjoyed working with Gus and Dave. I highly recommend High Efficiency AC Company! Small company but well worth the business. Very fair prices for service and no hidden costs like others. I was worry free with them. I will definitely use them for future AC service.
