Good service. Responded promptly, arrived within time frame expected. Set about finding the problem and fixing it. No additional sales, or "you need a whole new system" pitch. Fixed the problem, Will use them again.

All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you! They came out, assessed, didn't try to sell a bunch of services. Figured out the problem immediately and fixed it! Love these guys.

the technician chuck was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly( even when I was in the way) he did not get upset and he showed excellent customer service .he explained the problem and ask me if I wanted him to proceed. He fixed the air conditioning quickly with no problems. if you call this company ask for chuck.

I rarely (meaning NEVER) write a review for any service company, ESPECIALLY an A/C company. Today I am. Let's face it- It is nearly impossible to find an A/C company that has any integrity and is not just interested in padding their wallets or needing to pad their wallets to pay for those ridiculous commercials.  Come on, showing a service guy in a neatly pressed outfit, manicured nails, and a pearly white smile who resembles a sales associate working at a dealership?  This is a facade, these companies need lots of new customers well...victims. Can you imagine the cost of the overhead they pay?  The commercials, oh and the cost of paying a company $$$ that provides other companies a service of fake" Good Reviews" (I was shocked to discover there is actually a company that does this) all for the purpose to offset an endless sea of customer complaints that most of these companies have.  I called out a couple of those companies on TV to tell me what was wrong with my ancient A/C unit on a condo I rent out.  The "treat you like family company" arrived on time he spend 15 minutes on the roof and his diagnosis was that the unit needed to be replaced explaining to me with the most sincere expression on his face that it had it's last day and that I could spend up to 900.00 in repairs but he was sure it wouldn't last through the end of October. This of course was met with a legal pad and pen requesting he put his assessment down in  writing exactly as he explained it to me and sign it.  Needless to say he was not willing to write down what he had told me.  To break the uncomfortable silence I said zero out the bill and I won't call your company. They are right they do treat you like family, the family members you don't want to be around. "Okay Next" The second service guy from another company in the valley est for 64 yrs arrived a few hours later.  He told me it needed a switch, new motor & a Freon charge. (nice try, I replaced the motor last year). "Next" the next day (Saturday) I decided to try a family owned company near the condo. I chose High Effiency Air. I was expecting a Monday appointment but to my surprise he said he had time to come and look at it the next day. Dave the service guy showed up and checked it out. His diagnosis was "THE AIR FILTERS NEEDED REPLACED" HE PULLED THE OLD BLACKENED FILTERS OUT THAT HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED FOR 6 MO. OR A YEAR. WITHIN A FEW MINUTES IT WAS BLOWING IN COLD AIR!!!  After I unleashed my "feelings" on the tenants for not replacing the filters in spite of my monthly reminders. I decided to write this review of my experience. I am so pleased to find an A/C company that would be this honest.  I am a single mid-age woman who is tired of having to weed through the BS in order to not be taken advantage of.  I highly recommend hiring these guys!!! They are professional, straight forward and most importantly- honest. 

The A/C went out on Friday night and the service man (Dave) was here at 7:00 am the next morning. He was very professional and explained what the problem was, which was a leak on the Freon line. Dave also checked out our second A/C since he was here. The total cost was very reasonable compared to what he did and the time it took to repair and checked out the other unit. Thank you

Gus called me almost immediately after I requested quotes from Home Advisor. His technician, Chuck, showed up within two hours and fixed the AC. I have not gotten an invoice from them yet, but I am confident that it will be a fair price. (Labor Day weekend).

Ac went out in the middle of the night. Sent a request to these guys and they responded really fast and had someone out in a couple hours. Had it fixed and working within an hour! Would recommend these guys!

I had an air conditioner go out on Sunday in mid-August - Gus and his team came out on Sunday to diagnose the problem, and got the unit up and running again by Tuesday afternoon. Took two days because they had to get the part (a blower motor) from out-of-town. Gus and Chuck (the installer) explained the whole process, arrived on time as promised, and charged a fair price for the service. I trust this company and will use them again for all my HVAC needs.

As soon as I submitted my request for pros the call went right to Gus at High Efficiency Air Conditioning and I was able to talk to him right away, which was probably about 6:00 pm at night. He set up Dave to come out and we talked through options so I felt comfortable in the decision for my air conditioning needs and he was very professional and hardworking. We are very pleased with the mini split they installed in our third car garage we converted to a bedroom.

High Efficiency Air fixed my AC problem at a price that couldn't be beat. Dave Porter, who came out to do my job, was not only knowledgeable, but truly seems to care about his customers and doing the best possible job for them.
