Solved the problem, honest.good all around

Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us his diagnosis and estimate. We have a home warranty which we will use to have the work completed.

Although they initially tried to sell me on a new A/C system, they did show up on the day and time they promised and performed at expansive fix.

Chuck arrived on time, he checked the system and made a quick diagnoses of the problem. Chuck answered my questions and explained everything. He offered remedies to the problem and then made the repairs. Great service!

So happy i called this compay! Gus kept me informed of who would be showing up at my door and so did the technician (dave) as well. Dave was awesome. He kept me informed on how the heat pump units worked and what was wrong with them and what made them stop working. I have found my forever heating and air company! All others need not apply!
