Dave was very helpful.he was able to fix a problem. That another company couldn't fix. For 4 weeks. Due to I need a part that was under warranty. Dave found a set screw that was loose. I recommend don't use Bob brown

I like hiring smaller companies, they work hard and gain your trust. Gus was great getting me set up into their schedule just before triple digits hit. My technician, Chuck, was friendly and knowledgeable, definitely put them in my contacts for my next service or repair needs.

Tech seemed to know what he was talking about and there was no hard sell.

They arrived as scheduled, performed the services requested satisfactorily. Plan is to use them for future A/C requirements.

This team took the time to evaluate my old ac unit and checked the ducting thru the house. They explained to me why my old unit was struggling to cool the house, before quoting me a price for a new unit. The new unit quoted had an SRP rebate, but with the pandemic the warehouse was closed and they could not get me the unit, but Gus got me another compatible unit with an SRP discount. They practiced safety with PPE. The install looks clean, I now have a fancy thermostat, they cleaned up after the install. Good people, I will recommend them to my co-workers, friends and family.
