It was so refreshing to have a service professional who was honest and not just looking to drive the invoice up. Gus laid out a few different scenarios to fix our leak but one of them he had never done before and he was honest about that. Gus has our trust for any future AC issues. Highly recommend him.

I called because my AC went out. Gus gave me an estimated arrival of between 3p and 5p. He was able to come earlier. He was very professional and understanding when I voiced my concern about my cat having problems with the heat. He was able to quickly resolve the problem and now my cat and I are enjoying the nice cool air. Thank you Gus.

He was very quick and professional. It was very hot and I think he might have been a little dehydrated. He sent our invoice to the wrong email address. Once he relaxed and hydrated, he corrected the problem. Great Service,

My upstairs air conditioning quit on Thursday. I called Gus at 8:30 in the evening. Gus rearranged his schedule and scheduled a diagnosis appointment for 6:15 the next morning. My AC was repaired and operational within 45 minutes.
