Harp Pools

Tony called within 24 hours of being referred to me and we arranged a convenient time for him to come look at the pool. He arrived promptly, looked over the pool, measured and came up with a bid. The pool had not been acid washed in the 10 years since it was resurfaced and the tile had not been professionally cleaned. The cool deck had cracked where it met with the coping allowing water to seep down. And the filters were due for cleaning. Tony came by a few days later to begin the draining and the tile cleaning crew showed up the next morning and did a beautiful job getting the tile clean. The next day Tony arrived to do the wash. The pool is so badly stained that even a strong acid wash has not turned it white again. Tony has explained several options to me and I will likely have the pool sanded in a year. The seam between the cool deck and coping is all repaired, the filters are cleaned and I am very, very pleased with the work. I can tell Tony cares a lot about the work he does - he was clearly disappointed that he couldn't make the pool perfect with just the acid! But we'll give it another go next year!
