The team worked really hard to find the perfect product for .us. They also had great financing; so I was able to do my entire house all at once. The installers are awesome! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience from start of process to end of project. They removed all my tile in kitchen ,entry way, laundry room and carpets in all areas except bedrooms. Laminate flooring and baseboards was replaced throughout the installers were on time and worked very hard to finish the job in 2 1/2 days. They also cleaned up every day after they left. No complaint here the flooring looks great. I would recommend this company a little bit pricey than other quotes I received but it was worth not having any headaches. I am glad I chose them. Brooke the sales representative is very knowledgeable of the products and service. This indeed was a wonderful seamless experience.

Too many headaches and problems. I could say far more but since they tried to make things right in the end somewhat, Ill just leave it at that.

We contacted Floor Coverings International to install travertine pavers in our backyard early in Apr. The salesperson showed us several options in their catalog and then brought out a 24x24 sample of the proposed travertine paver that matched our existing travertine pool coping. We placed the order which was to be installed the following week. That got moved out two more weeks due to delivery issues. When the pavers were delivered, we questioned the installer as they did not look like travertine but he assured us they were and completed the install. To make a long story short while the pavers they ordered had **Trav** in their title they were porcelain tiles not travertine like the sample. They agreed that it was their mistake and several weeks later they replaced the previous install with real Travertine. I am satisfied with the completed install in spite of the missteps and delays

We were very pleased with the product, but we were a bit disappointed in the amount of time it took to do the job.

Very professional and did an excellent job. We replaced 2100 Square feet of flooring in our house at it took about 2 weeks.

Great experience. Pricing was competitive and service was great. The owner was very caring about my situation and showed me options that fit my needs and budget.

Really nice people to work with on the front end. But there have been issues with the installation. What has been done is nice work but the project has come to a standstill because of supply issues. Not much communication as to when the project will recommence. So this review is still pending depending on how the project is completed.

Professional turf install in my back yard. This company was nothing but up front. They didn't try to pass themselves off with a slick sales pitch. There was no pressure. The told me, they're not the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive, and to shop around. I got several quotes. They actually were one of the least expensive ones, and that's because they are not a contractor just trying to get extra money out of a person. Contractors that came to give me quotes were very fake, had no customer service, and tried to tell me my sq footage was more than it was and gave me outrageous quotes like I don't know how big my yard is. Floor Coverings International was honest and the utmost of professional. I had a terrible, terrible pest-grade weed problem in my backyard. Solved. The turf was done quickly in one morning. No weeds are coming up. The turf looks wonderful, and my yard is actually super cute. This company has made in the USA products, which other companies did not. When I asked about it with other companies, they pooh-pooh'd it like, oh, that's so unnecessary to care about, and balked that USA product was no better. No, actually, you just offer cheap product, and you're irritated that I put you on the spot. Also, none of the other companies/contractors I had come and give me quotes offered a single warranty or guarantee, unlike Floor Coverings International. Plus, while I have never served in our armed forces, this company honors those who have. Lastly, I had a major health emergency come up in my family, and Floor Coverings International was beyond understanding and worked with me to get my turf paid off. There is not one promise they made that they didn't keep. I have already recommended them to people I know. Now, I'm recommending them to you.

We are so happy with the floors insallted in our large assembly hall at Valley Christian! We have heard of the work Floor Coverings has done in residential homes, and we are so pleased to see such great work at our school in such a large space! The flooring completely transformed this 3,500 square foot space, even more so than the paint and different things we did on the walls. Deb was super responsive, and they even finished the job a day before she originally quoted. It has now been a full year since they were installed, and they are holding up incredibly well and still look like new. Would absolutely work with Deb and Floor Coverings of Chandler again!

I had called 3 different quotes for my backyard. And when Brooke came out to give me an estimate she was very proffesional and on time. It was very easy to come to an agreement. The job was underway and the crew came in on time and worked and worked and worked under the PHX sun. They worked so hard for about 5 days and this was not a small backyard. My backyard turned out great. Issues will always appear but how you take care of issues is how a company seperates from other companies. And floor coverings international paid attention to every detail I wanted . All my expectations were met and exceeded. Would highly recommend this company for any of your backyard needs. And if they work like this on the indoor side of it then you can expect a first rate treatment.
