Our sales rep Glen C. came out to our home and was very flexible with the timing as we run very strange shifts. After spending 3-4 hours with us and showing us all our options, we decided used to go with Floor Coverings international. Glen walked us through the entire project step by step and never left us to fend on our own, he called and checked up on us and to see if we were happy or if we needed anything during the renovations as we were living in the home during the renovations. I loved the fact that we were not a one and done customer and never to hear from the sales person again. The installers were wonderful and accommodating with our pets during the entire floor renovations. Jack and his crew were great and worked very hard on such a big job. They were always happy to be at work and made the experience so much more easy to us as we were first time renovators. I would recommend Floor Coverings international to anyone who wanted to renovate their floors!

I wanted my Master Bedroom carpet replaced with Tile. I spent quite some time looking at reviews and reached out to 3 Companies. Floor Coverings International called promptly and set an appointment for 2 days later. Another Company called and wanted to come the same day which wasn't convenient for me. They said they would call back with other dates but never did. And the final Company called and set for 3 days later. After meeting with both Companies i chose Floor coverings international for a few different reasons. They had a great product selection. The Salesman Glenn was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the differences between the products and helped us settle on the perfect Tile for our project. The Install went well, the installers were excellent and very hard working. They cleaned up nicely and we could be happier with our new floor. I have recommended to friends and will do so whenever i can.

We split time between our homes in Malibu and Chandler. We were looking for someone to help us with design and provide a quality installation for our Chandler home. We had heard through some friends that Floor Coverings International of Chandler-Gilbert was supplying the flooring for the Marriott in Manhattan beach. Since this is a high end property and close to our other home, we were curious and reached out to Debra. Our experience with Debra and Floor Coverings International was outstanding. Debra made some suggestions on style and what would be great for the long run vs just what is trendy today After hearing her suggestions, it quickly became apparent that she was very knowledgeable and had a passion for design. This was a large project and the installation was incredible. Her installers take pride in their work and were very nice to interact with while they were in our house. A contractor friend on mine saw the installation and was raving about the install and asking us to connect him with Debra. We were very pleased with Debra and all the other other representatives from Floor Coverings International. It was great to find a company where everyone was professional and greatly cared about us and took pride in the work.

We were looking for someone to not only remove all existing flooring and install new porcelain tile throughout our 2,900 square foot house, but we also wanted someone that could coordinate other projects. We want to fill in our sunken living room, add electrical outlets & fixtures, and install wainscoting in our bedroom. Debra coordinated all of these projects, including moving all of our furniture out of the house. Debra and her team were all great to work with and they completed the job in just 13 work days and only a few days passed the estimated date.
