Went well, was on time and pipes were fit to the new sink with no leaks.

Stay away from Grace Plumbing, the company is not reliable and customer service is lacking. I had set up an appointment to have my irrigation system checked due to a leak. I was given an appointment time between 3pm and 6 pm. Customer Service called approx. 12 noon, left me a message asking if they could come earlier. I immediately called them back and spoke with someone telling them that earlier would be fine. They did not show up early, 3 pm came and went. My wife called and spoke to Brittany and asked where the plumber was and Brittany replied that they did not come earlier because no one returned their call, which is an out right lie since I personally called back allowing the earlier time. My wife then asked when to expect the tech and Brittany couldn't give her an estimate to when he would be at the house. My wife called again at 5:45 when no one showed and again spoke with Brittany who said a tech would be there within the hour and give a call when close. She told me that they had 9 plumbers in this company and they were all out on emergency services. I was then asked if I wanted to change the appointment for another day and I told her that I still needed the services performed so please send him out and I will wait around. Around 7:30pm was the first phone call I received from the company and I was told the plumber that was to come to the house went to the office and dropped off his truck and left. They were going to send another plumber that was on his way and would be there in a half hour. After I waited for another hour, I called back the emergency number and told them that I was not going to be waiting all night so they could just cancel the service call and I would be contacting another company for the services. The customer service from this place is atrocious and I will never recommend them to anyone or use them in the future.

My hot water heater broke and was flooding my home. I was put in touch with Grace Plumbing by my home warranty company. When they heard about the emergency situation they were right on it and at my home within the hour. Two very kind, considerate guys showed up and went right to work. They did an amazing job quickly and efficiently with a smile to boot! They helped me by lifting heavy items out of the way of the water damaged area. Their price was very reasonable and the customer service excellent. I would use them again without hesitation.

I had a clogged kitchen drain soI called Grace Plumbing. The technician arrived promptly and went to work. He ran out the entire length of his drain snake without clearing the clog. He then declared that his snake was 100 feet long and my clog was past that length. His equipment seemed fairly small and I questioned his statement. He then left without charging me. I spent the next 2 days trying to find a plumber with a snake over 100 feet long. Finally a plumber from Robins said he would come check it out for free. When he arrived, he had a much more substantial piece of equipment and assured me that there was NO WAY my clog was farther than 100 feet. He ran out 40 feet of snake and cleared the clog. The guy from Grace was simply wrong! And it caused me no end of hassle.

They were excellent! They showed up on time, were conscientious, and pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure everything was working before they left. They cleaned up after themselves really well and I really appreciated their work ethic!

Our Home warranty program sent out Grace Plumbing to check into water heater leak. The plumber arrived at the specified time, assessed the situation and was very courteous about the situation. We explained to him that there was some water damage inside the garage and in the house. He inspected all of this in addition to the water heater. The plumber decoupled the water heater that was leaking and setup the house so that cold water was flowing. He successfully stopped the water heater leak and assessed that it needed to be replaced. And then we had a conversation about the cleanup and restoration of the property. His sister company does this work. He offered to give us an estimate for this work and we agreed to it, just to see what the numbers were like. We also had our home owner's insurance working on sending out a dryout company to take care of the damage and to assess the restoration work. As soon as we decided that we would go with our home owner's insurance company for restoration, and not Grace Plumbing's sister company, the plumber was not as courteous. He also wrote up a report stating that the water heater was installed incorrectly due to brass nipples, reported this to our Home Warranty company, who denied our claim to cover replacement of the water heater. He left a copy of his invoice and his report. We felt that he submitted an incorrect report to our Home Warranty because he was upset about not getting the restoration project. We were forced to find another plumber through Angie's List so that we could get a water heater installed and hot water running again. At this point, we were without hot water for 2 days. We contacted Pruitt's Plumbing and we talked to Joshua, one of their plumbers. He was extremely helpful and explained to us that the plumber from Grace Plumbing was absolutely wrong in stating the installation was incorrect. So he worked with us to replace our water heater and work with our Home Warranty to get it covered.

We had used Grace Plumbing last year, at that point they were contracted by our home insurance and did a very good job. I therefore requested the same technician again when we needed to replace a defective backflow preventer. Their dispatcher on the phone was very curteous and we set up the appointment, however they were not prepared to quote a price on the phone and wanted their technciain to come around. As we requested a special technician we were willing to wait for 4 days, the appointment window was from 8a.m. to 1p.m. and the technician showed up shortly after 1 p.m. As the backflow preventer is a special part that plumbers normally don't carry on their cars we had purchased a like for like replacement already in our local sprinkler supply shop, so what was needed was just removing the old and installing the new one. The technician provided us with a quote of $305 + tax. This in comparison was very expensive, two other quotes we had received were 2 and 2.7 times less expensive. Needless to say, we did not have them perform the job.

They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Waited all day. Did not show. No attempt to resolve. Promised discount for inconvenience then rescinded.

We called our Home Warranty Company to send out a plumber to rooter the pipes. They sent out Grace plumbing, who were some of the crudest and rudest workmen I have had in my house. First, they could not find a "clean out" in our yard, so the warranty would not cover the problem (oh well, it was only $50). But then, they started telling us that it would very difficult to find a clear out, if one existed, told us we had some sort of paper pipes (that I guess were being used in the 50's and 60's -before our house was built) and that they would have to be replaced. That probably we would have to cut down the large Mesquite tree in our yard. We asked what could be done and they gave us vague answers and when asked for an estimate, they said it could be anywhere from the low $100's to $1500 and would probably take at least a day or two. We looked on Angie's list for other plumbers and saw that their facts and estimates were probably wrong - as they turned out to be. They also told us that they were BBB members and had a great record - both of which turned out to be false. So we sent quickly them away and used a plumber from the list.
