They were perfect! They took care of everything, and handled everything for me.
Description of Work: My house was flooded when I was in vacation in San Diego, so they went to my house, dried it all out, and did mold testing and remediation.

Paul is very professional and courteous and went the extra mile. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a "grey" grout to return to its former light color!

+ -1 moreI am so impressed with the carpet cleaning that I received from Five Star Carpet Cleaning. I have 4 dogs, 4 cats and 2 toddlers and after they cleaned my carpets you could not tell at all. They even got up a stain that had been there since Christmas 2014. My carpets look great and my house smells so much better. Thank you Five Star Carpet. I will be calling them again in the future :)

Description of Work: I was preparing my home for sale. My carpets needing cleaning. Five Star did a very good job in getting them to look fresh. They were running a few minutes behind but called to let me know they'd be a little late. Great service and very easy to work with.

+ 0 moreThis was the second time I have used these cleaners. I checked out other cleaners in the area but these were the most professional of the bunch. They came in and did a complimentary estimate for us which spelled everything out. There were no upcharges or hidden fees- it was what it was. They showed up on time and were so quick and thorough. They were careful not to mark the walls and were careful with our pets. The carpets and tile looked amazing. Everything was practically dry when they left and ready to walk on within the hour. I have no problem recommending these folks. I have told my neighbors how great they were and now they are starting to use them. I appreciate that I can get them so quickly and the entire process is pretty painless. Thank you Five Star, keep up the good work.
