+ -1 moreRebecca agreed to do the apprasial for me even though it was just for my information only. She also agreed to come back and update the apprasial for extra $100 after I updated a few things around the house and take new pictures. At first I was shocked by the low appraisal, it was because I had always thought the home was larger than it actually is. When expressed my dismay at the sq footage issue she came out again and re measured (and she was very pregnant at the time) and show me every step of the way what the numbers were.
Description of Work: Gave appraisal for home just for information purposes.
