Envision Painting and Roofing

December 6, 2018 Wow!! Such a great experience. Oasis Gymnastics looks amazing and state of the art with our clean new painting job from Envision Painting. Early in November, I decided to have the interior of our Gymnastics Gym painted and wanted it completed before Dec. 1st. We have a Holiday Showcase every December and wanted to have a fresh clean look to our children’s sports facility. Bruce came out, gave me a great bid proposal. And the plan began. Richard and Julio from Envision and their amazing crew came in during off hours of my business, and completed the job with professionalism and top of the line quality work. Each night when closing down work they left my facility clean and ready to go for our gymnastics classes in the day. The crew was great, the customer service exceptional, and the price perhaps the best of all. Excellent company to work with!

The sales contact was quick and responsive to visit for the quote. We had to reschedule due to some medical issues on my end, but when I reached back out, he responded immediately. He also provided some good feedback about the project, and I was encouraged at the possibility of working with a person like my sales contact. We met for a quote for my home interior plus a quote for our small HOA which was in need of exterior painting. Bruce informed me that he would get the quotes to me the next week. A week passed, then two and no quotes - so I followed up. I was informed that the owner had to review the quotes and I would hear from him. A couple of more weeks passed, and I followed up on the quotes via phone and email - and have yet to hear from them. My perspective: if Envision did not want to quote it, then they should have had the courtesy to let me know, but instead they left me hanging with no information or quotes. I consider this poor form, and a lack of professionalism. I truly wish I had the chance to submit a review of their actual work, but given the lack of follow through, perhaps I came out on the good side of this.

This is the second time I have used Envision Painting. I am very pleased with the quality of the work as well as knowing I am paying a fair price. The job consisted of painting the large master bedroom walls and ceiling. One wall was an accent color. They also painted the entire vanity area walls and ceiling. The bathroom was just painting the ceiling. I had new drywall, skim coat and texture throughout with the work done by a drywall contractor. Envision sprayed a prime coat on all walls and ceilings. They sprayed the ceilings two coats. They rolled the walls two coats and they painted the baseboards by brush. I can't see myself using anyone but Envision Painting in the future.

What a great experience! From the beginning of the process with Bruce coming over for the estimate to getting the acceptance call and getting everything arranged thru Kimberley in the office to the SUPERSTAR team of techs Justin, Bobby, and Nicole, everyone was very professional with great communication to insure everyone was on the same page to insure a quality job to exceed the customer's expectations. Justin, Bobby, and Nicole worked great as a team to insure we were 110% satisfied with the result. Everyone was polite, personable, and efficient. They were the "secret sauce" that put it all together! My wife and I have nothing but praise about this whole experience with Envision Painting and their team of professionals. Overall was fine. I started off super excited about working with envision as they communicated well and weee responsive to getting an estimate and scheduling. Their price was consistent with two other bids I got but their initial communication and customer service is what set them apart. Which I wanted being that the job was done on vacation home I don’t occupy full time. I figured if their was an issue they would handle it correctly. Unfortunately there were a few issues and I really had to put pressure on them to reply to my emails and extend the same customer service they started out with when Had to leave several emails, phone calls and text over a period of a few weeks and started to feel like they were hoping I would just go away. In the end splattered paint on the decorative concrete I had installed the prior summer that I expressed explictly as an issue I wanted them to avoid was addressed (took two different visits and for me personally travel and visit to inspect) as well as a compromise on the HOA color scheme that was applied. Once we got on the same page they did resolve the issue and their overall quality of work is nice, just wish hey would of done a better job on “making it right” so it didn’t waste so much of my time and energy.

There was rain on the main paint day. When I first contactws them about perhaps rearranging, they said they'd deal with it, if it did rain. I wasn't convinced. But they did handle it professionally and properly. The day following the rain, when they did paint, they worked to 7pm, when it was too dark to finish. They came back the next day and wrapped up the job. They did a good job cleaning up and the paint and paint job was excellent.

These guys are awesome!!..showed up every day on time, were extremely neat, very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend them for any painting job you might need...

The two gentlemen they sent, Justin and Bob, were very impressive professionals. This company specializes in coating roofs, and I am confident in the quality of their work. They even helped me with a piece of furniture that was damaged by the wind by taking it apart and stacking the pieces neatly. Very nice of them!

The workers needed some slight direction, but afterwards, they were on-track and go-getters. They were particular and wanted to provide a quality service.

These people are excellent. This is the first company that I've hired in a very long time that actually cares about their work. Not only did they paint, they took the time to do small repairs before they started the job-and for no extra charge. You could probably find someone to paint for a few dollars less, but in my experience it's not worth it as the quality of the job won't be anywhere near what Envision will do. And they won't stop until you are satisfied. We weren't quite happy with the color of the front door of the house, so they painted it again for no charge!

They were great. They did exactly what they said they'd do. They basically charged me for what they said in the ad for Angie's List.

From the estimate to the completion of the work, Envision and their staff were excellent to work with. Pete explained in detail the process involved in the prepping and painting of the house. He answered all of our questions. Kimberley gave us the scheduled start and completion date. Envision used email and phone to keep us current on the job status.

Overall this company does a very good job: the owner and staff all communicate well with the customer, the crew is prompt and courteous, and they are generally careful in their work. Three niggles: when the tops of the walls were sprayed, more than a little paint also ended up on the skylights (our home has a flat roof); I should have let them know about these, but they could have, should have looked first and taped them off just like the other windows. Also: a section of block fencing didn't get powerwashed sufficiently to remove the old, flaking paint - so now the new paint is flaking off. Lastly: this company apparently uses elastomeric in lieu of stucco - for small areas this works well enough, but bigger sections treated in this manner just don't look right. There are many styles of stucco, of course, so YMMV. So: good pricing, responsive company (they clearly want to and try to provide good service) but the actual delivery of service needs to come up a notch to satisfy the most particular.

It went VERY well! Being that we are repeat customers, Pete, the owner, really worked their schedule to keep within our very tight renovation schedule and he squeezed our job in when we needed it done. It all went very well without a problem and they did a great job! They were on time and protected everything that wasn't supposed to be painted. Omar, the lead person/foreman, was very professional and nice to work with. They used most of what paint we still had left from when they painted three years ago. They were great to work with, and we will hire them again later this year or early next year for our exterior paint job at our new smaller house.

They were on time and the painting was finished in 1 day. Pete also repaired a drywall and paint problem on my garage and he took care of that at his expense. He was very professional and fair. I would use him again.

They did a good job, some touchups were needed and they came out and fixed them without complaint. They were responsive to my needs.

We are so pleased with the service and cost from start to finish: the responsiveness from the office to the crew on the job was TOPNOTCH, as well as, the preparation, clean up and work performed on our older home. We are very happy customers!

Used Envision to paint the exterior of my home. I had gotten a few estimates for the job and found their price to be very competitive. They showed up exactly when they said they would. We had a bit of a problem finding a match to the original paint which had faded over 14 years of the Arizona sunshine but they stuck with it until we found the exact match. The paint job itself was very good, the quality of the paint was also good and the cleanup was exceptional. Their team was very professional. I would certainly recommend these people
